I have a busy weekend coming up. so I am going to get off this now. I feel like I am being a little hard on Dietz. (that's what she said---Michael Scott).

Bob Dietz, sports betting tout did nothing illegal and nothing a 100 other touts didn't do in the 80's, 90's, 2000's. It is kind of sleazy preying on deg gamblers, but there is a lot of sleazy shit in this world.

It isn't JUST that Dietz lied and mislead us about being this great sports bettor/handicapper, but something AccountinQuestion tried to tell me long ago. He was so damned arrogant about it, with the high IQ comments, knowing an expert in every field that he played pick up basketball with. All that shit!

Dawg, Nobody cares about you and your repeated nothing-new trolling shit anymore. You are like Singer. We are way over you. The dawg is dead!

Look I did not feed Kim Lee anything. He is not the kind of guy that someone is going to feed him what to say and think. That is hog wash.

He simply came to at least some of the same conclusions as i did when got involved, studied the publications and read the forum, especially what Redietz was saying (most of which contradicts real sports bettors) . And guess what, it is basically the same conclusion, axelwolf, mickeycrimm and any other real player came to. When a guy doesn't understand EV in sports betting.....he ain't no Billy Walters!

He's so lathered up that he frantically puts up multiple posts trying to, eh-em....SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT! :) Instead, all he accomplishes is his usual bad reaction from those he refers to as "trolls" because of the direct hits they make on his blatant dishonesty, and you can almost FEEL the loser getting ready to "leave permanently again" for the umpteenth time!

Is the claim made that redietz had no source of personal income other than from touting and sports betting?

One would think it would be his hobby, i.e. his avocation and not his sole vocation.

I assumed he had a job, like most gamblers do, and didn't rely solely on sports betting for his bread and butter.

One other thing about Red's 40 years which doesn't make sense to me. 40 years....100 days a year in Vegas. Why did Red not own a place here in Vegas? Just some part-time garden type condo like Wong did. Instead Dietz paid for housing usually very low end for 100 days a year. It wasn't even comped. He STILL never mentions getting comped when he visits Vegas. he pays for rooms at Golden Nugget and Tuscany.

I mean sure, with sports betting you can do that from anywhere now. Not so much in the 80's and 90's right. And unlike a blackjack player or machine AP, a sports bettor wouldn't need to live in Vegas fulltime. And although I love Vegas, I get why some might not want to live here fulltime. I can think of 115 reasons. :D

But if you are spending 100+ days here and paying for housing, wouldn't you buy your own place, even a small part-time place? I guess the answer is maybe the wife, the real bread winner wouldn't go for it.

Have no idea. he has never mentioned anything else. His claim is a professional sports bettor for 40 years. "Professional". Doesn't that imply that is what you do for a living? :confused:

I have asked Red on several occasions "what kind of money are we talking about (average per year). He never answered.

I know getting into the money seems kind of personal, but when you are talking about gambling, the money matters. The perfect example was the Moses situation. Guy claims he was making a living playing blackjack and betting sports in RENO of all places. You can NOT play blackjack professionally based out of Reno. No one has been able to do that since before I was born, if ever.

So it turned out, admitted by moses at the end that he made 10k a year. I believe his situation was he moved to Reno after his divorce at about age 50 or so. Closed a successful business so he had some money. Sort of an early retirement (Good for him). So he only needed to make a little bit of money. 10k worked for him. And a player might be able to pull that off in Reno playing low stakes. (still would be difficult actually because Reno is so extremely sweaty). But maybe.

If he had told us the money he was talking about from the beginning when he said "Professional blackjack" there would never have been a problem.

And it is the exact same thing with Red. If his arrangement was his professional wife, who made good money paid most of the bills, while he made whatever small money sports betting...good for him, good for both of them, if they are happy with that arrangement. BUT that is not what he led us to believe. he led us to believe he was the second coming of Billy Walters.

So yeah, the money does matter.

To tell the truth, it wouldn't surprise me if Redietz worked at a Newpaper or something with his journalism background 6 months a year or something. I don't know how you would pull that off. maybe free lance or something, work when you want?? Maybe he could have even submitted stories or columns when he was in Vegas. Or maybe he had other employment. And there would be nothing wrong with any of that. BUT that is NOT what his claim was. His claim was 40 years professional sports bettor.

Really these situations, Moses, Redietz aren't THAT different than a guy who has (family) money, like to gamble, losses and says he wins. These people aren't making their money or the kind of money the claim from gambling as they claim. And THAT is the problem.

Maybe it is just me. Maybe it is my problem. But as a guy who makes his living gambling, and works hard at doing so, and takes and accepts the risk, it really bothers me when someone claims this shit and it turns out to be not true.

If you want to be a professional gambler...DO IT! Learn about advantage play. AND THE MATH INVOLVED. Learn how to play and still be welcome to play (probably the most important thing). Raise the bankroll. Take the risks. Live the lifestyle. But don't make all these claims of winning for years, decades when your money is coming from somewhere or something else. That is not fair to the people that really gamble for a living (and I don't like to use the word gamble, but I will here), and work at it and apply the math and take the risk.

When Kim Lee was receiving his degrees, I was....a toddler mastering....walking. :D

If you look at his experience and expertise in gambling and gambling mathematics, does anyone (other than redietz and his co-conspirator) think a guy like that, with his credentials is going to let a lowly salanmander card counter tell him what to say and think? :confused:

Who was the forensic scientist that went over KJ and Kim Lee posts? Would you list their credentials? And will you show the evidence that the forensic found.

These people are doing their thing. It is all bullshit. There was no communication between myself and Kim lee in the manor being suggested. I contacted him and made him aware that Dietz had brought him up twice. The next thing I knew Kim Lee was posting here. The next time I contacted Kim Lee privately was several weeks later after he had posted many times. I never told or even suggested anything to the man. This man would not be allowing me to put words in his mouth like that.

Now this accusation, first made by Dog, repeated by Reedits and now coach belly that Kim Lee said something similar to what I said. I am not surprised. Me, mickeycrimm, axelwolf and others and eventually Kim Lee, all came to basically the same conclusion.

If Kim Lee uses a same word or even phrase that I had uses, well you would have to ask him about that. Just maybe he read my conclusion or even someone elses, agreed with it, and said something similarly, maybe even the same word or phrase. But you would really have to ask him.

Anyway I really got to get going. This is a work night for me. and I have stuff to do.

Kim Lee has made only about 30 posts since he returned about a month ago. It should be very easy to find and expose the kim lee post or posts that mdawg and redietz think were actually written by KJ.

You can click the community link, then click on the member list to find Kim Lee, then click on his forum posts and view his last 30 posts. Then it's a very easy thing to copy and paste those posts to this thread so we can view them and you can give an explanation to why you think KJ was the writer.

Show the evidence or STFU.

My understanding is that multiple online plagiarism detectors were used for the analysis.

The different applications reported the same conclusion.

Then look at yourself in a mirror, and locate your nose.
