Rob Singer sightings...

Here's my feelings regarding this thread:

1) Rob Singer did indeed push a bogus "strategy" which was -EV and made no logical sense. I didn't see any evidence he was pushing this strategy for personal profit. Rather, he hated APs and wanted to be seen as someone who could win without APing, which is just strange. But to say that Rob admitted the faults in his strategies is inaccurate. He claimed he knew how to win.

2) I never understood why Alan defended Rob so much, especially given how Rob would often insult him and slam his personal life. However, I don't agree with redeitz that it reflects badly on Alan and his business. The average person (who doesn't read this and similar gambling forums) would never associate Rob Singer and Alan Mendelson together. Alan has long been out of the mainstream news business, and has spent the last several years doing infomercials for businesses. I'm not knocking that, but if Alan wants to have some idiotic friends and back their crazy views on forums, I don't see it as a big deal. It's stupid, but not a big deal.

3) I understand redeitz's personal gripes with Alan (Alan handled the package/proof situation with redeitz very poorly), but I don't feel it warrants redeitz trying to publicize harmful material about Alan, especially if it's going to affect unrelated people like Alan's son.

4) I would be willing to temporarily unban Rob Singer so he can respond in this thread. Alan or someone else can let me know if he's interested.

At the time I made the $10,000 challenge to Singer my daily average earn was $562. I would have had no problem doing it legitimately. But your line right here, coach, "can't really produce any win without an accomplice" is exactly correct. Now we are getting somewhere. That is really a profound statement. Yes, it would be very easy to create a false win on UX's because I would have to pay an agent to create the multipliers. He creates a loss in creating the multipliers and I create a win playing them off. This scam was actually worked in reverse at the Revel loss rebate promotion. The player showing the big loss got the rebates. However, the 2nd player picked most of the money back up by playing the multipliers off.

So what am I getting at here? How about if you had a player that created the multipliers for you without charging you anything? Or how about if you had lots of players creating the multipliers for you and not charging you anything? That is exactly what the general public, the recreational gamblers, are doing. They play these games and leave multipliers behind for you to pick off....free of charge. It's free money. In a nutshell, coach, this is how it works for all short term advantage machine plays. The ploppies play the games and many of them leave the machine in a short term positive situation for the next player. That's where I come in. I just mosey around the casino looking for these short term positives and play them off when I find them.

So you are right, coach. How prophetic of you. I can't make a dime without accomplices. However, those accomplices, the ploppies, aren't charging me for it. And they have no clue that they are my accomplices. How sweet it is.

But you also overlooked another Singer Factor: calling it quits and leaving with a win in hand. And there even Rob said when he left was a variable that was never set.

Again l, I'm disappointed our absentee landlord and owner isn't participating or clearing the way for Singer to defend himself. And so, the cheap shots will continue.

Dan doesn't pay attention to anyone calling for the banning of someone else. He makes his own decisions in that regard based on what the member is posting. He gives everyone here enough rope to hang themselves if they want. Singer hung himself.

Low level must hits? Sure I'll play them off if I happen to be walking by one and see a number. But I don't concentrate on them. The screenshot below is more my speed. I'm not talking about the minor meter. I'm talking about the major meter. This is what AP's call a "10K must hit."

The game on this particular machine is a 94%'er. What are these plays worth? That depends on your playable number....or how high you find the meter. At $9700 it's about a 3% edge and you would have about $2500 in expectation on the play. At $9800 you would have about a 10% edge and $5000 in expectation. At $9900 you would have about a 30% edge and $7500 in expectation.

You can't bring a chump change bankroll to plays like this.

I joined a few of these sites just to challenge and try to expose the bullshit hustlers. Great post by Dan Druff (up until the unban Singer idea). Objective and setting the record straight. Basically shot down everything Alan has said since his "return". Not that it will matter. Alan is like the energizer bunny. He will just keep going with his nonsensical agenda to support and enable Singer and trying to discredit AP's.

You know, it's really pointless to argue with people who haven't a clue about anything, like blackhole here. The links at GF, in response to Argentino, are www.vegaswiseguys.com and www.northbet.ag. I've listed them here before. Both are sites at which I won or placed in season-long contests. Other than that, they have nothing to do with me. Go ahead and call them. The www.vegaswiseguys.com is a link to an old Wise Guys contest panel that lists me as a former champion. The northbet.ag link is to an offshore book that runs their Pick the Pros contest every year, and in which I finished third the last two years.

I'm sure blackhole clicked them, couldn't find anything except that I was a defending Wise Guys champion, and then decided to make shit up. I've listed both links here, previously, a number of times, always in response to some one of Argentino's rants or coach's commentary. I have PM abilities here, of course.

Blackhole, to expose people, you have to know what you're doing. Or you should have the energy to make the calls and do some fact checking. You simply don't. Now I understand you're ill, but making shit up is a poor excuse as a method for exposing cons.

If blackhole thought I was hustling, he could have PM'ed me, or recruited people to sign up with me and try to get me to sell them something. But of course he didn't and won't do that, because that would undercut his beliefs. Obviously, if he did that, and I sold someone something, he'd have his big "Aha!" moment. But he won't bother. That would be an easy way to garner proof of what he says, or disprove it.
