You are remembering correctly about MDawg. That session that Shackleford witnessed resulted in a very small win. Smaller than MDawg was reporting at that time. It was just a simple progression designed to give the best chance of a small win, and that is what happened.

In the event that would have been the one larger loss that occurs with progression systems, I think he would have disappeared and re-emerged under a new name/handle. As Axelwolf has fairly clearly pointed out, there is a very good chance this is not Mdawgs first go around. His positions and even way of writing are very similar to a previously banned baccarat player at WoV.

A quick note on MDAWG, so as most of us know Bacarrat's main game isn't beatable without some sort of information. (Yes, I do realize there are counting systems that can beat the main game for under $1 per hour, betting 3 and 4 figures per hand, I'm not counting this). Anyway, since he has the bankroll, he should be counting the Dragon side bet. This is very lucrative (first made public by Elliot Jackobson). MDAWG, you can run with this claim if you would like!! Just read an interesting article online that perfectly explains why kew doesn't realize how he so often lies about "not responding" (he's like 0-85 :)) to those who irritate him on forums and social media.

The poor little guy turns to excessive online life because he's very depressed with his real life. He cannot cope with the harsh realities of truth, which leads him straight down the rabbit hole of fantasy. His life is obsessive about certain people (ME in particular!) and things or events, he has a sexless life, and he is in constant need of re-affirmation, attention, and acceptance. At night, when he tries hard to go to sleep, he regularly finds himself tossing, turning, and sitting up, asking himself: WHY!?

I recognized the little weasel they were talking about almost immediately! Actually, it could be anyone of a record number of lazy, unmotivated people from his particularly abhorrent generation, who because they have no life skills, they have contracted multiple medical challenges, and they have such an unproductive life that they claim either totally moronic "gender neutrality", to be "gay", or to engage in plain old "brotherly love"....which, by the way, is easier to claim when you "say" you have a "baby brother" (wink wink!).

Regarding MDAWG's session that Shack witnessed:

The Progression system that most folks are aware of is the Martingale, which consist of doubling your bet after each loss. When you eventually win, you recoup all your losses from the previous hands plus being up one additional unit, which would be equivalent to your starting wager.

Most of the regular posters of this forum are obviously aware of the Martingale and exactly how it works, but I'm sure there are some readers that are not.

The issue with MDAWG's session is he made bets from around $200 to $3500, and by having such a large "spread" it is really easy to use a "Disguised Progression".

You can do a $200, $200, $200, $800 $200 and lose all 5 bets, then win a $1,600 bet and be even.

He private messaged me a link to his post from the results of that session from WoV forum (which I had read when he originally posted it at the time, but didn't remember all the specifics).

He got off to a "good start" which really helped him. The main thing that it did (or actually didn't do) was it didn't give everyone a chance to see what he would have done if he would have gotten in a deficit. This was absolutely crucial. This is what people wanted to see as it would have shown his strategy. He was fortunate he didn't have to show it. Early on, he won a bet, and then pressed a few more times which caused him to get up early on. From then on, he was never really in any danger with any single bet of going into the negative.

Obviously this has been discussed to death on the WoV forum. I am not saying anything new.

The bottom line, is it is really easy to hide a progression system through various bet sizing.

What you will see in the results of someone who uses progression betting is many small to medium size wins for every large loss.

I have a somewhat different theory on MDAWGS results. I actually believe all or almost all of the winning and handful of losing sessions that he posted at WoV are FACTUAL. So am I saying I believe him? NO, Absolutely not! I think every 1 in 10 to 15 sessions he has a massive loss. I believe he simply is not recording this loss in his results. Ignored, as if it never happened. You have a bankroll busting loss 3-5 times per month and we all know what this does to your net results.

Ultimately, since he was never "down", we didn't get to see what he would have done but a $200-$3500 spread has over a 95% chance of having a net session win after 57 hands.

MDAWG, I know you will private message me and say "There was never no progression betting". I get that. You were never put in that position. Ultimately, as has been mentioned a million times, this was a terrible challenge by DARKOZ, at least for the purpose of proving anything, as well as for his bank balance lol. See

For example, when I first shared this incident, it was 2 weeks after it had happened and at that time, I was still considering what if anything I was going to do. So I did two things to try to protect myself. One is I misdirected away from where this really occurred. The second is that I immediately contacted Michael Shackleford and asked him if he could do my a favor and use whatever influence he had on one troll in particular, that I was concerned about doing whatever he could to sabotage.

Shackleford readily agreed to try to help. In the end it did no good, but he tried. He may not like me sharing this but his exact response was "I have always liked you so I will do what I can". My first thought was if this is how you treat people you like (kicking them off WoV, multiple times), how do you treat people you don't like....run them over 3 or 4 times with your car? :D

You just wouldn't know about the few hidden bankroll busting losses.

I think it's apparent if there was a challenger, we wouldn't be seeing an ENTIRE Win/Loss statement for a calendar year.

Yes, you are correct, coach belly. Darkoz is the one that paid for that initial challenge. IIRC, Shackleford had no interest in being involved until it was worked out that he got paid. :D But do you know for sure that money hasn't exchanged hands between Mdawg and Shackleford outside of this instance?

And PV, I think you may be exactly correct with the not reporting those massive losses, part of his play. I have always sid his claims can't be "as he is telling the story".

And really, if you make that one adjustment, that there are some large massive losses that wipe out all the winning....just the way a progression system works, then everything else begins to fit. I have never heard of such a thing. I suppose it is possible, but I have never heard of it. The only way I would think such a ban might be reversed iis if the casino had some definitive proof, that the player or his wife maybe, was actually losing more at some other game that he was winning card counting.

The second thing about this switch to blackjack. He picked the Cosmopolitan of all places that was being so tolerant of his win, win, win blackjack play. :confused::cool:

IF I were to list the 5 sweatiest casinos in Las Vegas for card counting, Cosmo would be in that top 5. Since most on that list would be lower limit places, if I had to list the sweatiest casino in Las Vegas for higher end card counting play, Cosmo would be in the top 2. If I had to list the single sweatiest casino on the strip for card counting, Cosmos would be it. Mdawg picked the absolute worse casino to try to convince everyone that they are tolerant of his card counting blackjack play.

This is a guy who worked at Walmart or Kmart or something, so I am guessing he didn't have money to throw down the toilet on the Singer progression system. yes there is some responsibility for each person to figure out who is full of shit, but I believe there is an equal responsibility for those that play with an advantage or the math "wizards" to also call out bullshit.

With Mdawg it was that guy from the midwest claiming to work in a casino that was inspired to play Mdawgs system. I am not even sure if that was a real peron or a sock puppet, but if that guy was real he was duped by Mdawgs claims into throwing away his money.

Now I do understand it is all a game, a big joke to you Rob. And I am sure it similarly is to someone like EvenBob. If you can agitate some real player who calls bullshit, you laugh and say made you look, like a retard.

I felt so bad I asked him not to ever put himself in jeopardy for me again, especially over internet crap.

The fact that you seem so in the dark and lost with this kind of thing....well lets just say if I didn't already know you were full of shit, just your lack of knowledge in this area, would make me question everything about you as a winning player. Mdawg is responding almost in real time at Gambling Forums in a thread entitled VCT thread. WHY? Moses always responded at Gf to things said here as well, but Moses was banned from here and didn't have a choice. Mdawg is not banned here and as far as I know welcome to post here (he has on a couple occasions in the last month). The only reason he doesn't post here is because he could not get assurances from Dan Druff to protect him like he got a WoV.

But if Mdawg really has the need to go over this stuff again and again, making whatever point he is trying to make, he should come here and do so.

Now here is a good example of what these guys do. When my friend that works in the industry handed me a print out with Mdawgs results, I think it was 2 pages. It was really one full page and a couple lines spilled over to the second page, if I remember correctly. Mdawg has said probably 50 times and Rob Singer has repeated at least a couple dozen times including both today, That I received reams and reams of print out information. This is just the stupid shit these guys pull. The lies and exaggerations to attempt to discredit someone.

And of course the big question concerning this 2021 event: Mdawg began his long trip in March of 2021. For 7 months he claimed to have lived in a high-end comped suite in Las Vegas playing and winning nearly every day. Among that 7 month period was 50 some days in a row of winning, and I think 100 out of 104 or some outrageously ridiculous number like that. And the total winnings for those 7 months was over $500,000. So then in October, Mdawg tried to silently slide this into the bottom of one of his posts: "additionally Wizard and I went over my results for this trip and I am about even". From 500k ahead to "about even" in the blink of an eye.

So what changed? Well I had let it be known that I might be able to obtain Mdawgs actual results. And immediately he amended his results by half a million dollars. He amended even before I had the results, because he knew what they would say. And now he claims the results I had weren't even for the right players. Ok, then, why the change from ahead $500,000 to "about even" if it wasn't even the right player? :D

Mdawg, this shit is 2 years old now. You were thoroughly exposed. If you really have the need to rehash this shit, then you need to come here and do so and stop with hiding on another forums and PMing people behind the scenes to take your side and believe you.

I don't need some phony manufactured proof, like a picture in an RV at the dealership to prove anything to me. Here is something I have never shared before. A couple of years ago, well maybe 4 as it was before covid, I was getting some flack about a technique that I used to play, tracking a second table and jumping to the more favorable situation. I bought a little body cam that was about the size of a shirt button in front, about the size of a match box on the back which wouldn't show on an open shirt. So I recorded 3 days of my normal play, including a couple instances where I was able to track and jump to a second table. It also would have showed that I played the stakes I claimed at the time, and even confirmed my short-session, move around style.

So I was editing the clip down or trying to because I am not very good at that stuff, so my brother was helping me, when he pointed out that there was some identifying scenes in the footage. Not really me, but people would probably recognize some of the casinos played. And of course, if some casino personnel was to see it, they could probably go back and review their tapes and identify me. And Dan Druff Has informed us that casino personnel read this forum.

So I almost endangered myself, trying to prove to some trolls, and non-beleivers. For what? You just can't win with these guys....they are trolls.

An “early settlement” is in line with his “pre-resigning from the forums” story about how everything was settled within weeks of filing the lawsuit, even before the defendant answered. That would be in line with his ridiculous claim that the defendant turned over the video before anything was even filed and then stumbled over its feet to send him ever increasing sums of money to settle before even answering or propounding any discovery.

What has happened is that after being backed into a corner with a story that NO ONE believed about how this lawsuit was settled for vast sums before even being answered, he has changed his story to imply that no, this all started or happened a long time ago and took much longer than I claimed. But then he forgot that he changed his story, and reverted to a present tense claim that all of this happened so quickly that the costs were kept to an absolute minimum because it was settled “early.” I mean he can’t even keep track of his lies.

(Math has never been this uneducated high school dropout’s strength, which is why he failed miserably at blackjack.)

The fact of the matter is, the one thing he cannot tell us, is the name of the casino – because then we could just look it up and confirm that he is lying, which, anyone with any sense, already knows, due to this torrential flow of continuing contradictions.

And you don’t need ANYONE’s name to look up a lawsuit just the casino owner’s legal entity name – and such a search unearths no “backrooming (false imprisonment)” lawsuits against any casinos in Vegas in any recent times, including that fit any of the claims he has made – such as a lawsuit settled early, and with no answer from the defendant (unless of course, he now decides to backpedal on all that too, and change his story yet again).

Over all, this guy is just too stupid to keep track of his lies, or anything else, including the count of a deck of cards.

You mentioned casino personél blocking your way to the garage, which I guess was the closest exit. From not only my own situation, but other players I speak with they will always try to be between and block the closest exit. If you see a situation coming and have any time at all before they get to you, you are better off trying to weave your way through the casino to an exit that is not the closest exit. Not running but moving quickly. Even with surveillance tracking you and calling down to security, they are always 2 steps behind you. Of course, if you are lax, and they get to you while you are still seated, all that is for not.

I have said several times, this incident caught me off guard. I feel I was a little complacent because I have only had backoffs and 90% were polite, some ridiculously polite. I take full responsibility for losing focus.

Let me just remind you for your own good, that the Lawyer most of us hold in very high regard, recommends that you do nothing that might be construed as resisting. The proper thing to do if you are cornered as I was is calmly remind whoever appears to be in charge that the back room detention,, which basically amounts to a false arrest is illegal, unless the patron has committed some crime. Card counting is not a crime. You hope that person in charge comes to his senses.

You are probably correct that once in the backroom, I should have refused to sign anything. A signed document really carries no extra weight than a verbal trespass, so that is all for show and intimation purposes anyway. I should have refused, but frankly my arm was broken at that point. I didn't know 100% that it was broken but suspected, was in some discomfort and wanted to get the hell out of there, so I signed the paper.

I don't know if you have been following my situation, but it has become harder and harder for me to play, over the past couple years, especially at the mid-level range that I played at all the off strip local type places. So losing this one location isn't going to make a huge difference. I can still or at least could until recently play on the strip during more crowded times. We will see if this effects that. My blackjack days are definitely dwindling. I will be transitioning to other forms of AP, something I and I hear you have mostly resisted.

Update to back-rooming case:

Just got off a video call with my attorney and I am burning mad right now. Two weeks ago myself and the other party involved (a casino) reached and signed a settlement agreement. Every aspect was agreed upon. No uncrossed T's or undotted I's. The settlement amount was placed in an escrow account with my attorney and the agreement sent to a judge to sign off.

On Monday of this week, the other party tried to amend the agreed upon terms (not monetary amount) by adding and sending an amended request to the Judge. I immediately balked and said no, that is not what we agreed upon and now the judge had sent the settlement agreement back, saying we should contact him again, when both parties are in full agreement. :mad:

To any attorneys here (not the guy on the other forum who I question his legal opinions almost as much as I question his gambling claims), I ask: What is a freaking signed agreement if one of the parties is then trying to change the terms? I don't get it. And yes, I did ask my attorney. He says we are in an even stronger position now. I don't get that. I feel like we were at the 2 yard line and now have been pushed back 15 yards.

My attorney referred to this as "legal maneuvering". I call it flat out reneging or breaking a signed agreement. I just don't get what the fuck a signed agreement is, if you can then try to renegotiate or try to have the judge change the terms. :confused::mad:

You should fire your attorney and represent yourself. Also tell the judge that you are suing him.

It's not like the casinos have dedicated people sitting around reading forums all day looking for APs or AP stuff. It's not in the Management handbook as a part of their job description. It kinda goes like this...

You have people that work in the casinos/casino industry, people who have an interest in Gambling and or AP stuff, even outside their work, it may not have anything to do with Advantage Play they are looking for. They too have Google and find the same forums we do. There might be a bored surveillance guy, A security guard, a Slot employee, a Pit Boss. Perhaps they AP stuff on the side.

They see something that catches their eye and share that information with their boss and coworkers. We know for fact promotions have been changed or canceled as a direct result of TMI on forums and podcasts or whatever.

This has been going on since Skips page(Now VPFree) There was a casino manager who used that forum to foil Advantage Play. He admitted it and people who he was.

Do I think KJ's turn of events had anything to do with the forums? Nope, I just think they forgot to add it in the first place and realized it. I have heard of something similar happening recently. It's probably the same place LOL.

Now I have a question for Mr. V or anyone who knows. What if KJ already told his friend or a family member all the details, what's to stop them from writing or talking about it once he signs off on the agreement?

But what's ignored is the anomaly of how or why in the world would an atty. like Nersesian not inform his plaintiff to talk or write nothing about such a case until the ink is dry and the check is cut? And most people would believe it somewhat strange when someone yaps so much about such an incident, yet acts as if releasing the CASE NUMBER is a death sentence.

It makes no sense--a lawyer would drop the whole thing like a hot potato. It's curiously escaped the Clark County database thus far. What plaintiff would ever take the risk of ruining their chances by blabbing all about such a thing on forums just to get more attention?

Yes, it is common practice for an attorney to ask their client to not talk about their case, however it's not always for the reason people believe. Of course, an attorney does not want their client to get locked into a statement that will later be used against them. A big reason in a case like this is the fact that attorney's do "steal" cases from one another. The more information a client puts out there, the more info a potential lawyer has to go by to evaluate the case.

No lawyer would drop this case "like a hot potato". Attorney's live for this kind of case to "walk through the doors" of their office. If a case is worth a potential Million dollars at trial, a demand letter may get 300k, in which they make a cool 33% ($100k). The client can talk all they want, even though the lawyer may not like it, and it could potentially hurt their case, a Lawyer will not drop a case that is this lucrative.

Also, Nersesian knows his clients are VERY LOYAL to him.


A side note: Im sure most have seen or at least heard of these companies that will "front or loan" you money against a civil settlement. Yes, this is a very lucrative business, just from the loans itself, however this is NOT where they make their real money. Most would say, "Wow, 30% interest of nearly guaranteed money sounds great"...

This is what they do during the application process for the loan:
They ask you a "million" questions about the case and the potential settlement. So, are they doing this to ensure it is a solid case so the probability is high that the case will settle and they will be paid back the loan? Well sure! BUT, THEIR REAL INTENT IS TO STEAL YOUR CASE FROM YOUR ATTORNEY! They don't steal them all, they will simply give loans to most of them and cherry pick the really good ones to now represent you.

"Sure we will give you a $30k loan against your settlement, but we need to represent you going forward"

Is it illegal to give a loan only if the client allows you to represent him? It probably is, I'm not sure. They will just do this off the record.
A cash strapped client will do almost anything for an instant 5 figure check.



Now, as far as what KJ's attorney told him regarding what he can and can't say -- I have no idea.

First, another update. Another bizarre little twist (from my perspective). The defendant's attorney has informed my attorney that if we are still in agreement with the original terms of the settlement, they will re-submit it to the court, stating that both sides are in full agreement. I told my attorney yes, to go forward with that. My response: WTF??!!?? I guess they tried to slip this new little requirement in, thinking there would be no objection. :confused: So when they resend the agreement to the court, I guess we will be back where we were on Monday before they pulled this shenanigan. I hope it doesn't delay anything.

I think at this point I am not going to give any further update until I have the funds in my personal bank account. It is more of a superstitious, "I don't want to jinx anything" that that I can't talk about anything. I can talk about anything I want as long as I don't post a dollar amount of settlement or the name of the other party (casino).

Now I read Axelwolf's fine post this morning. If I gave the impression that I think casinos have teams of IT people searching forums and social media, looking for information on AP's, I apologize. That is not what I think. I do think the Database companies do that to some extent. Maybe not teams, but they have a person or people reading forums, and social media. I actually know this for a fact, because a piece of information that Mdawg doxed me with showed up in my database file. The information was incorrect, and that serves as a marker as to where it came from.

With the individual casinos, I think it is much more individual people that have an interest outside their official capacity. Some casino dealers and pit folks are actually part-time AP's or have an interest in advantage play themselves, ya know. :rolleyes: My good friend that works the pit of a casino is a hobbyist, card counter. It was Dan Druff who once said in no uncertain terms there were casino personnel that at least occasionally read this forum. I assume that came from the IP addresses used.

And finally, thank you to Half Smoke for the kind words. I am really happy that other counters have found value or something useful in my sharing some of my experiences and techniques. And I know it is more than just 1 or 2 that occasionally say so, because I do hear privately from some people that don't post publicly. So, there are lurkers, which again, is what Dan Druff said. Does that surprise anyone? Sharing some of my experiences hoping someone else might find some value is what I set out to do, so I am happy if that occurs even on a small scale. Unfortunately, on a forum like I am now on there aren't many active blackjack players. There are a few players that started with card counting, but have long since moved on to other AP stuff. And of course, there are a handful of trolls/haters that drown out everything else because they scream the loudest. THAT is VCT, as well as that other forum.

Rob, You really know NOTHING about card counting, or advantage play. You prove that over and over and re-confirm with every new post. Your mind is that of a losing -EV player. And there is nothing wrong with that, except that you have tried for decades to convince everyone that is not what you are, when it is very evident and even more so every time you post, what you really are.

I think at this point I am not going to give any further update until I have the funds in my personal bank account. I can talk about anything I want as long as I don't post a dollar amount of settlement or the name of the other party (casino).

Now I read Axelwolf's fine post this morning. If I gave the impression that I think casinos have teams of IT people searching forums and social media, looking for information on AP's, I apologize. That is not what I think. I do think the Database companies do that to some extent. Maybe not teams, but they have a person or people reading forums, and social media. I actually know this for a fact, because a piece of information that Mdawg doxed me with showed up in my database file. The information was incorrect, and that serves as a marker as to where it came from.

With the individual casinos, I think it is much more individual people that have an interest outside their official capacity. Some casino dealers and pit folks are actually part-time AP's or have an interest in advantage play themselves, ya know. :rolleyes: My good friend that works the pit of a casino is a hobbyist, card counter. It was Dan Druff who once said in no uncertain terms there were casino personnel that at least occasionally read this forum. I assume that came from the IP addresses used.

And finally, thank you to Half Smoke for the kind words. I am really happy that other counters have found value or something useful in my sharing some of my experiences and techniques. And I know it is more than just 1 or 2 that occasionally say so, because I do hear privately from some people that don't post publicly. So, there are lurkers, which again, is what Dan Druff said. Does that surprise anyone? Sharing some of my experiences hoping someone else might find some value is what I set out to do, so I am happy if that occurs even on a small scale. Unfortunately, on a forum like I am now on there aren't many active blackjack players. There are a few players that started with card counting, but have long since moved on to other AP stuff. And of course, there are a handful of trolls/haters that drown out everything else because they scream the loudest. THAT is VCT, as well as that other forum.

Example: what does my being or not being an AP or silly card counter have to do with your non-existent credibility? One might think you got off track because your wimpy feathers got ruffled.

While someone may stumble over to here and find mickey's thread interesting and informative, unless they have no job or love forum-posting sweatshops as much as you do, they would leave as soon as they started reading your drama, lies, and unending BS.

Yes, it is common practice for an attorney to ask their client to not talk about their case, however it's not always for the reason people believe. Of course, an attorney does not want their client to get locked into a statement that will later be used against them. A big reason in a case like this is the fact that attorney's do "steal" cases from one another. The more information a client puts out there, the more info a potential lawyer has to go by to evaluate the case.

No lawyer would drop this case "like a hot potato". Attorney's live for this kind of case to "walk through the doors" of their office. If a case is worth a potential Million dollars at trial, a demand letter may get 300k, in which they make a cool 33% ($100k). The client can talk all they want, even though the lawyer may not like it, and it could potentially hurt their case, a Lawyer will not drop a case that is this lucrative.

Also, Nersesian knows his clients are VERY LOYAL to him.


A side note: Im sure most have seen or at least heard of these companies that will "front or loan" you money against a civil settlement. Yes, this is a very lucrative business, just from the loans itself, however this is NOT where they make their real money. Most would say, "Wow, 30% interest of nearly guaranteed money sounds great"...

This is what they do during the application process for the loan:
They ask you a "million" questions about the case and the potential settlement. So, are they doing this to ensure it is a solid case so the probability is high that the case will settle and they will be paid back the loan? Well sure! BUT, THEIR REAL INTENT IS TO STEAL YOUR CASE FROM YOUR ATTORNEY! They don't steal them all, they will simply give loans to most of them and cherry pick the really good ones to now represent you.

"Sure we will give you a $30k loan against your settlement, but we need to represent you going forward"

Is it illegal to give a loan only if the client allows you to represent him? It probably is, I'm not sure. They will just do this off the record.
A cash strapped client will do almost anything for an instant 5 figure check.



Now, as far as what KJ's attorney told him regarding what he can and can't say -- I have no idea.

This is the kind of thing that makes me laugh out loud about the person who posts as Rob Singer. He thinks he is an expert on all things. Rob you are neither an attorney, nor know much about advantage play or advantage players, so you might want to just STFU. :rolleyes:

While that not talking publicly about a case might be good advise for most case, there are cases (not speaking of any case in particular), in which the defendant is a public company and the details of their wrong-doing (perhaps even video, ironically supplied by them), can be devastating to their public image, reputation and business. This is usually the kind of defendant that is very "motivated" to put such an incident behind them as quickly and quietly as they can. Knowing this is actually a big advantage to the plaintiff. You can make that work to your advantage.

But again, you are way out of your element here, so you think it is like a guy being charged with a crime, where he is advised to keep his mouth shut.

The only danger of me saying anything is revealing a strategy or path we are pursuing that would be better not revealed. Sort of "tipping off" your opponent as to your strategy. I have tried not to do that.

You could easily reveal something that could hurt you in a civil suit without knowing any better. In general Rob is pretty spot on and he is also a far more entertaining bullshitter than you.
