I was EXTREMELY hungry that day and no, I NEVER shit on the floor, that was a joke that someone came up for me when they saw a social media post about someone shitting on the floor at a Church's Restaurant. I NEVER did that and I find it unfair that the joke spun way out of control when I wasn't even the one who did that. I even abandoned Poker Fraud Alert because they were repeating the same joke even after I repeatedly said that it wasn't me who did it and politely asked them to stop. They kept going so I abandoned Poker Fraud Alert over this harassing joke.

It is crazy. He's even getting rid of courses on the WASPs. An old friend of mine had a grandmother who was in that. women who flew military craft domestically to free up men overseas. but nah.. gotta erase the textbooks I guess. lol. Trump is keeping campaign promises. New presidents have the right to make some changes. I know Rob and Mickey are pleased with some of his actions, like throwing out some illegals. Is he overstepping? I don't know. That will be for the courts, including the SC that he stacked, to decide.

The thing I am waiting for is Trump to decide to try to cut or eliminate Social security. Not hoping for because my mother is of social security age, but waiting for. I wonder how happy his older Maga base will feel about that?

And make no mistake, cuts to social security have been on the republicans agenda since George Bush was president. It has been a main goal of the Heritage foundation for decades. The same Heritage foundation that wrote the 2025 playbook. I think for the most part the Heritage foundation is interested in raising the retirement age and privatization, which they began proposing during George W Bushes term.

Now Elon Musk is even a bigger danger to those on social security. He just wants to end it as a means to reduce debt. He doesn't even try to hide it. He says things like it will be painful and "everyone will take a hair cut". For retirees that haircut will be at the neck line. I mean this is a guy that buys a company and on day 1 lays off 80% of the workforce, so what does he care. Won't affect him.

Now Donald has vowed during the election NOT to cut social security. I believe he said "not one penny". But does anybody have any confidence in Donald keeping his word? :D Additionally, people around Trump claim that whoever last has his ear effects each decision. Retirees better hope that Musk isn't the last person in his ear on this one.

And for people that say, Trump won't cut SS because it would hit his base. He is now done with that base. Doesn't need them anymore. If he stays in power past 2028, it won't be because he wins another election, it will be because he violates the constitution and stays in power, something he has tried before. :rolleyes:

So Like I said, it will affect me, because it will affect my mother. But we will survive. I am waiting to see how his supporters and admirers feel when their checks stop coming. A lot of retirees will have to move back in with their children. Rob Singer got a head start on that. :D

If they get started now and stay very focused they can probably come up with a 2028 candidate that can shrink that demographic too while also continuing to shrink in all the others

Maybe the gay guy, butt-a-giggy could achieve that. If a chunk of the electorate isn't ready for a woman, surely they are not ready for a gay president (although by all accounts we have already had one).

I am a man without a party. I consider myself financially conservative but socially liberal. Financially more in tune with Republicans, although they really aren't financially conservative any more. I agree, Democrats have just gone completely off the rails with this trans stuff. I think most Americans regardless of politics don’t really care about anyones sexual identity, interests, etc

But when you start sexualizing children, letting men into women’s sports & prisons, having tuck friendly children’s swim suits at the store, and just generally cramming all this sexual stuff down everyone’s throat, people get sick of it.

I don't know what you do with the prison situation. But men into women's sports, makes me laugh. This was a big republican talking point during the election. Of course, people born male shouldn't be playing in female sports. But it sounds like a made-up problem to me. Where is this happening? Are there people born male that play in the WNBA? Most of this shit is just common sense. If you are born a guy and attracted to guys you are gay. If you are born female and attracted to females, you are gay (lesbian). This happens naturally in humans as well as animals. It doesn't mean you cut off your dick and try to become a female or someone born female have whatever operations to try to become male.
