BTW, Almost EVERYTHING
may cause acid reflex. Nobody really has any idea. All they really know is the LES valve weakens and/or stops working for whatever reason. And this is the important part. That value weakening and stopping working and acid reflux in general is so much, more prevalent in the U.S. That other places. It HAS to be related to diet! Wouldn't surprise me if sugar is the real culprit.
