Can't swear I didn't say something like that. I would have to see the context. But it is not illegal. How can it be? Unless the player is colluding with the dealer. That would be another story. Maybe cheating. You are getting info that you aren't supposed to have. But definitely not illegal. there is a difference.
I think I may have said "gray area", but that is not gray area of being illegal. It is gray are of my comfort level with the play. And why would I have such a strong opinion, if I hadn't done some of it?
Are you sure you are not confusing comments I made about the double up bug? I think that was illegal.
