How can we prove anything about someone who is an imaginary made up fictional person whose government name no one knows. No one has even met this guy.
He doesn't even really seem to know what a freeroll means. Ultimately it is still up to the arbiter so no it is not a true freeroll. The freeroll comes in when he just doesn't pay up the bet.
He doesn't even have credibility to lose when he doesn't pay up. He has no shame. Nuthin' to lose.
