I suggest you familiarize yourself with Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act.

Section 230 protects online platforms like this one from liability for third-party content posted by their users, allowing them to host content without fear of lawsuits for defamation or other claims.

If you wish to attempt to take legal action against kewlJ, that's up to you. I am not liable, nor will I take down any of his posts, unless they give out personal information (which you didn't already post yourself).

You are welcome to rebut his claims at any time.

With that said, if you'd like to send me a copy here (or email, if you'd like my email address) of the documentation to verify that you're telling the truth, I will be glad to acknowledge receipt of this and give my opinion publicly.

Obviously I am no friend of kewlJ's, and have no bias in his favor.
+100

Mickey with his political knowledge can verify this. Section 230 CURRENTLY protects online platforms like this, and the currents do not favor the future. And I am a very, very patient man. I am guessing here, but you probably realize this. So I root, root, root for Republicans to do well in perpetuity. Plus this is a uniquely US position vis-a-vis defamation. Patience is a virtue, as they say. When the law changes, and it will, I will be there.

Football is almost over for me, so I will actually have Regions Bank forward a document to you in the months ahead, and I'll proceed from there.

I find it horrific that someone running something called "Poker Fraud Alert" allows defamation on his site. I don't know how you logically defend fraudulent declarations when your main site is allegedly devoted to exposing fraudulent activities. That seems, at best, a confused and confusing position to take.

My email is IntegritySports@aol.com, as I have posted here three dozen times. Send along your email.

Best of luck.
Section 230 isn't going away. Neither party wants that. If your big plan is to wait for it to be repealed and then sue, good luck. (There's also a statute of limitations problem... uh oh!)

But look, it's very simple. If you think kewlJ has posted something damaging (I'm not even understanding how you've been damaged), just send me the proof that he's wrong, and if the documents look authentic, I'll come out here and state so.

There's no need to come out and attempt to scare me into thinking I'll be sued, in order to force some kind of censorious compliance.

I can tell you that nobody here gives a crap whether you own your house or whatever. Like, seriously, nobody cares about that. And that's not an insult. I doubt anyone cares if I own my house.

And I don't think anyone cares how often you actually sportsbet, or whether you still make a living betting sports. Again, this doesn't matter, just like I don't give a crap if people post that I'm a losing poker player.

kewlJ loves to fight and argue with people. He's been doing it on forums long before he got over to VCT. I don't fall for his victim routine, which frustrates him a lot. As far as I'm concerned, he's just as much a troll as Singer and the other routine trolls here, he just does it in a different way.

That's not to say all of kewlJ's posts are crap. Some of them are good, informative, intelligent, etc. That's because he's not a dumb guy. He just has a screw loose somewhere, and can't interact normally with people on forums without always starting some kind of drama.

So trust me when I say that nobody here is concerned whether or not his allegations against you are true, especially since the "allegations" themselves are stupid and inconsequential.
