I suggest you familiarize yourself with Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act.
Section 230 protects online platforms like this one from liability for third-party content posted by their users, allowing them to host content without fear of lawsuits for defamation or other claims.
If you wish to attempt to take legal action against kewlJ, that's up to you. I am not liable, nor will I take down any of his posts, unless they give out personal information (which you didn't already post yourself).
You are welcome to rebut his claims at any time.
With that said, if you'd like to send me a copy here (or email, if you'd like my email address) of the documentation to verify that you're telling the truth, I will be glad to acknowledge receipt of this and give my opinion publicly.
Obviously I am no friend of kewlJ's, and have no bias in his favor.
+100
Mickey with his political knowledge can verify this. Section 230 CURRENTLY protects online platforms like this, and the currents do not favor the future. And I am a very, very patient man. I am guessing here, but you probably realize this. So I root, root, root for Republicans to do well in perpetuity. Plus this is a uniquely US position vis-a-vis defamation. Patience is a virtue, as they say. When the law changes, and it will, I will be there.
Football is almost over for me, so I will actually have Regions Bank forward a document to you in the months ahead, and I'll proceed from there.
I find it horrific that someone running something called "Poker Fraud Alert" allows defamation on his site. I don't know how you logically defend fraudulent declarations when your main site is allegedly devoted to exposing fraudulent activities. That seems, at best, a confused and confusing position to take.
My email is

Best of luck.
