Mail Fraud, Wire Fraud, Scheming to defraud, Tax evasion, Facilitating tax evasion, False statement to a federal investigator, Securities fraud, Insider Trading,
That’s off the top of my head from 25 years ago. There also was a bunch of charges involving banks and margin procedures.
The bottom line was they came after me with everything they had thinking I had information that would help them take down a firm. They also put a lean on everything I owned including banks limiting access to funds during the investigation.
They actually baited me to commit perjury without ever mentioning that word for their benefit to get some big wigs I never even heard of.
They eventually had no choice but to drop every single charge along with disgorgement threats.
I wanted to file a Malicious Prosecution case to try and recover my legal fees. I was told that based on the paper trail it looked like I was in bed with the firm before knowing the actual facts which gave them probable cause to come after me. Case Closed. (against me)
You all saw how the DOJ and FBI colluded to try and get President Trump. I was dealing with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the SEC working in collusion to get convictions. You’re dealing with an endless bunch of lawyers on a salary trying to get convictions to cushion their resume and move up the later and eventually end-up in a big firm. It’s a bad place to be. If they can’t get you, they will stretch things out for years hoping to do financial damage to you via legal fees.
You need a good firm familiar with these type laws. Most of them are in Manhattan with 5th avenue type addresses. Actually, many of them came from or worked for the SEC or DOJ in the past. You start to wonder if they too are working in collusion to pad the firm’s legal fees.
Our justice system has many flaws in it and I’m afraid Trump won’t be able to fix it completely.
So, fuck-off Mickey with your hopes I’m a felon with a rap sheet. Get back to cleaning horse shit in the OK Corral.
