I guess this just isn't doing it for him over here, with his strange decision to use a sock while wearing a nametag to post. It's just sad. He really is a decent person. But gambling has destroyed basically every facet of his life, and unfortunately he has no one to help him who cares enuf. If I didn't have a family and responsibilities I'd have intervened long ago....when you guys were constantly being mean to him about it and I was defending him. I always knew what was going on.

Lets hope for the best.

I'm pretty sure a majority of Vegas or any city for that matter would not mind being used as a control group to see how the virus affects them. Let the people make the choices as to the risks they want to take. There's nothing wrong with that thinking.

I can't wait until all these retired gov people start losing their pensions, current ones get dismissed, and states and local governments start going broke. Stay shut down.
I could care less either way. The longer the better. Call me when the shooting starts.

There's going to be riots when the food disappears. Crashing the economy is not going to benefit public health. People opposed to opening act like you don't need an economy. Even wild animals work for food. They don't sit around in the wilderness hoping food magically appears in front of them.

These have to be stressful times for Broke Billy. Living in the middle of the Arizona desert, afraid to come out of his trailer. Missing free Double Cheeseburgers at the Heart Attack Grill. Not being able to out and scrounge through junkyards looking for stuff to sell on EBay for just enough income to qualify for more handouts like Earned Income Credit. And worst of all, seeing so many other becoming dependent on government it’s a dilemma for him. Socialism has always been a goal of his, but even he has to see with so many get handouts, there isn’t enough to go around and his gravy train could be at risk.

Living in a world of comic books and wresting as a grown man may be turning out to be not as much of a dream as he thought. At least he still has WoV to spew his worthless views and with Dark Oz out of action, he has the Crown all to himself as King of Stupidity.

No, not faking my death Mickey, but still trying to get over this damn virus. I was mildly sick for about 8-9 days, mild temperature, mild chest pain tightness, headache for a couple days and my worse symptom. extreme fatigue. I sleep 12-14 hours every day and still dose off almost any time I sit in the recliner to watch TV. I just can't stay away. If falling asleep is your worse symptom, how bad can it be. But clearly something very wrong with my system. So anyway, I had a couple days that I was beginning to feel better end of last week and then all of the sudden, it came roaring back worse than the first week. That lasted about 4 days and nights (nights are much worse) and now I have felt a little better again for 2 straight days. Not counting any chickens but hoping again, for the second time in about a week, that I am into recovery.

One of the guys in our building out of the 6 of us that got this thing is now in the hospital, stable but doesn't sound like he is doing too well. He is in his 60's so the oldest of the 6 in our building that I know of. This is really a very nasty virus, at least for some. I know pre-existing conditions is a part of how bad a person gets it, but I think it is more than that. I am thinking maybe there are different strains or something. who knows.

So I haven't posted because I just wasn't up to dealing with this forum and the bi-partisan nonsense. And now that I am feeling better, I think this is a good time for me to step away. No hard feeling towards anyone or anything....this forum just has nothing to do with gambling or any kind of talk of gambling, Las Vegas or anything related. Just none. It used to have some, but now every single thread is either about or hijacked into partisan politics. And that really does nothing for me. So you guys can just go at it and do your thing.
