"Singer had glommed on to Alan to ramp up his notoriety."

This is red's opinion but he writes it like it is fact. It is just pure speculation on redietz's part.

"Singer decided to go with the double up bug story, which makes halfway sense in explaining some things. If he was involved in that he did not "discover it." He would have been an errand boy, a kind of video poker equivalent of a "runner" in sportsbetting terminology."

This is where redietz really goes off the deep end. I can understand having a runner in sportbetting where the professional is running high volume with not so big an edge and can afford to pay runners. But the double up bug is a play where if you got $100 in your pocket you are good to go. Sure there have been machine pros that have hired people. I have even been asked to go to work for them. I always turned that shit down because there were always low wager/low risk plays available to make money. And on this double up play were I offered a job when I got only $200 in my pocket my answer would have been:

"This play only takes a hundred dollar bill and you are good to go. WTF would I work for you. GTFO!" You have to give Rob some credit somewhere. He's to smart to accept being a runner on a play that just don't take any money to start it.

How would redietz know whether Rob discovered the play or not. Did he have any evidence to draw that conclusion? NO!!! But as we all know redietz likes to frame his opinions as facts.
What the heck is a "runner"? Does that mean red's claiming someone else discovered the play in '04 and I put on my loafers and said "yez boss"? Huh?

Also, Alan found me and wanted to do a whole lot more than he did.
WTF does glommed mean?

Weird. Just plain weird.
