Why challenge you? I don't understand the point you're trying to make. I have no reason to challenge you because you have made no claims here. You haven't even told us how big a bettor you are or what your track record is, unlike Rob who says he won nearly a million dollars over ten years and Arc who said he has won "five figures" over a certain number of years. I think the only thing you ever said was that you bet sports and you're not much of a video poker player. Well, I'm not gong to challenge that!

Poor Robbie, the angst must be immense.

Beating one is not required. The simple truth will suffice.

Thanks. Having a video was nice. Otherwise Singer would be claiming I made it up.

I can propose a few of the challenge questions -- things like:

    1) Are you actually ahead, lifetime, gambling?
    2) Are your claims on Alan's forum true?
    3) Are you ahead significantly, as in enough to buy a car or house?
    4) Have you ever posted photos of casino wins that aren't yours?

Stuff like that. I think the readership would be interested.

Oh, I see now. You want a challenge of Rob Singer's claims. I thought you wanted to put your own claims up for a challenge. Silly me. Well, good luck. Last time Rob was challenged to provide proof of what he wins, can win, has won, will win, he demanded that a hefty amount of money be wagered by his challenger(s). Let me act as intermediary in anticipation of what Rob will say based on previous "challenges" -- how much are you willing to wager that you will catch Rob in a lie?

Actually, Alan, those four questions would apply to me. I'm sorry you're unfamiliar with me. Not my job to promote myself.

So, in summary, yes I would be answering those questions. Now if Rob wanted to join in, that'd be great.

Thank you for restoring my faith Arci--I feel better now. Now can you assure me there are no steroids in baseball?

I see where this is coming from and I've been right-on all along. Pictures seems not to be enough, so you're peeling down the onion to the next level. I anticipated this tactic with Fezzik & Co., which is why I identified that I'd pay for a court-appointed arbitrator for a final decision if the silly stuff arose. They ran because that eliminated any more levels of skin on the onion. So I'll respond as follows:

    1. My claim that I lost around a quarter million in 6+ years as an AP is true, but I have no way to prove that. However, my claim that I've won $984,000 directly from the machines by playing my self-developed strategies (most of it via SPS) can be proven by doing everything I identified in the challenge to Fezzik/AC as published in LV. This would be time consuming today and likely costly in some areas, but I'd agree to do it at a time when it would not affect anything going on in my family, and if I were paid a simple one-time fee of $25,000 up front. You, or whomever, would need to be available with me as I went to my banks, sat at my computer, and reviewed my filings and subsequent audits with IRS agent on the phone or in person. My son-in-law works for them in Mgmt. in Phoenix and, as last time, he is willing to set all this up as required. There would be no bet involved, such as the high 6-figure amount that scared away the LVA boys. I have also, since retiring from playing my strategies very strictly, won around $40,000 in vp and another $40k from sports betting. I cannot prove some or all of that because I am not now keeping strict and accurate withdrawal/re-deposit records as I did as a professional in order to make every dime traceable & trackable with casino records and my contemporaneous gambling logs, unless going to the casinos around here and at the Silverton would produce actuals in personal discussions.

    2. Everything I've posted ABOUT MYSELF, MY VP PLAY, AND OUR FAMILY on this forum is 100% true. Where it gets slightly dicey is in my depiction of arci and his seemingly boring existence these days. While I've had access to several of his "financial" records and much or all of what I've said about him is very true, a lot of the badgering I lay on him is for pure entertainment purposes. I mean, who DOESN'T enjoy picking on a know-it-all geeky weakling working on his final leg of life? And the very successful chipping away process I've tortured him with has reaped dividend after dividend! Just for fun, here's an example: Cindy and I currently have a very blessed life with an active lifestyle. We walk a lot and do many things together. A side benefit of all this is that I can still bounce a quarter off of my wife's ass. If someone asked my good buddy arci to try that on his wife, it's almost too much for the stomach to take--including the accompanying belly laughs--to even imagine how long it would take to find that poor quarter once it just got stuck wherever it were to land.

    3. I've spent probably much more than I've won gambling since I started playing my strategies. What we're living on now is my 2 pensions, my wife's one, and our savings in various formats from when we worked, and we can buy just about anything we want within middle-class reason. We've still hopefully got social security to look forward to, and from the estimates we've done on-line they should both be @ pretty good numbers. But we're not sure when to start collecting, or how long before it goes broke. So any of you people out there who are still working--please work overtime and get 2nd jobs if you can find them. The SS system needs your support.

    4. Photos of wins that I've posted are genuine and are mine. I thought about putting up the W2G's alongside, but then we'd be right back to the famous onion again, where "someone" would claim photoshopping or trickery of some sort etc.

I'm not playing again until April or later because after that marathon of winning I just did, I'm soooo sick of sitting at machines playing that game. It just doesn't seem to be the challenge it once was, when I used to sweat playing $5 and above. Today I can't lose much because my bankroll is far far smaller than I needed when I was playing for a living. But read the first sentence again: too much play has driven me away for more than a while, even though we have casinos all around us and we're even staying at two of them during the next week.

I don't have a problem taking a polygraph, but you should know part of my training for my Gov't. job I went to out of college was how to render any such test inconclusive. Where would the test be given, and are you sure arci can actually get away from ordering bed pans or reading Consumer Reports ratings on walkers for a day or two?

Thanks redietz. Yes, I am totally unfamiliar with your gambling story. Would you please list your credentials, etc.? Thanks.

Rob, what would you estimate to be the actual out of pocket cost for once-and-for-all providing the proof that will stop your critics? And if considerably less than $25,000 why not go ahead and provide the forensic audit and simply end the discussion and the criticism?

  13. #53
Because I am enjoying my life with my wife in retirement Alan, and while the out-of-pocket expense may be an estimated $5k or so, my and her time apart--which would be at least 60 days--has to have a price for it to be worth it to us at this important time in our lives. Remember, I am really making up for lost time away from family. I was away 7 of the 10 years I worked for the Gov't., and I lived overseas much of the 15 years I worked in the private sector.

    Sixty days, Rob? $5,000, Rob?

How about starting with copies of your certified tax returns which can be ordered from the IRS? Back tax returns cost $57 per copy. While I never ordered a back copy from the IRS I would think that they have something that indicates the copy is from the IRS.

I think they have moved beyond basic steroids to more modern drugs. The steroids were too easily detected.

    your support.
Having viewed Cindy's picture on facebook one can only howl at this claim (not to mention the picture of her he posted himself). Comparing his chunky mate (I'm being kind) to my 105 lb wife is hilarious and only Singer could create such an obvious lie. It does have it's instructive part. He is obviously jealous of my thin wife and hence projects that jealousy in this silly lie.

You can assume almost everything else he posted in that diatribe were also lies. Old Robbie would never agree to a lie detector test. He knows what it would show. A pathetic excuse for a human being.

Hmmmm....My zinger hit dead center again! The chipping away got him to go after MY wife, Ha! However, me thinks any normal person would take a 122 lb. healthy younger woman over a decimated 105 lb. (& that's being generous for sure) sickly old woman who needs a walker to get from the bedroom to the john ....IF her system can handle the trip!

    And that was easy!

I can get the returns from my son-in-law; that's not the issue. It's the audits I no longer keep, and he can't get those. But the whole picture is required to form the proof so starting the effort without the up front payment is meaningless. Besides, a hot shot consultant to Vegas hi-rollers should have zero problem coming up with it, and if he does he always has arci right there with his five figure "winnings" as support. Why I quoted $5000 for 60 days with a total of $25k? It'll cost money to put us up wherever we go. We have to eat out almost every meal. We have to put our dog up when we both go out. Travel expenses. Then the part about us missing out on 60 days of our retirement life for this nonsense. Make sense yet?

Rob, what's wrong with just coming up with tax return copies ordered from the IRS? Who needs audits?

If you were to apply for a mortgage the only thing you'd need is your tax return, and most banks don't ask for a copy from the IRS. I would think that just a copy from the IRS would make everyone happy.

Is there anyone here who would not be satisfied just seeing a copy of a tax return obtained directly from the IRS??

Let me make this easy. You obtain a copy of the necessary tax returns from the IRS. Do not open the envelopes until I get there with my cameraman. We'll video tape you opening them. Then we will put the docs online after blurring out personal info such as addresses and social security numbers and other "non gambling data" just to show you really won what you said you won, and what you deducted on your Schedule A.

No one cares about anything else. Just your gambling winnings and offsetting losses.

Edited to add: And we'll come to you. No expense money needed.

Hey, if you want to continue to bring up my wife then I thought the least I could do was mention your dog.

122 lbs ...? Yeah, right. What about the other leg? I'll have to admit I had a good laugh when I saw her picture. After all your bragging it turned out most of the clocks in your place probably don't work.

Not only that, the only education she listed was the Art Institute of Phoenix which means all your claims of her being an engineer and pulling in 6 figures was also another lie.

Lies, lies and more lies ... the only thing that Singer can do. And, eventually, they all come back to bite him in the butt.
