I see where this is coming from and I've been right-on all along. Pictures seems not to be enough, so you're peeling down the onion to the next level. I anticipated this tactic with Fezzik & Co., which is why I identified that I'd pay for a court-appointed arbitrator for a final decision if the silly stuff arose. They ran because that eliminated any more levels of skin on the onion. So I'll respond as follows:
1. My claim that I lost around a quarter million in 6+ years as an AP is true, but I have no way to prove that. However, my claim that I've won $984,000 directly from the machines by playing my self-developed strategies (most of it via SPS) can be proven by doing everything I identified in the challenge to Fezzik/AC as published in LV. This would be time consuming today and likely costly in some areas, but I'd agree to do it at a time when it would not affect anything going on in my family, and if I were paid a simple one-time fee of $25,000 up front. You, or whomever, would need to be available with me as I went to my banks, sat at my computer, and reviewed my filings and subsequent audits with IRS agent on the phone or in person. My son-in-law works for them in Mgmt. in Phoenix and, as last time, he is willing to set all this up as required. There would be no bet involved, such as the high 6-figure amount that scared away the LVA boys. I have also, since retiring from playing my strategies very strictly, won around $40,000 in vp and another $40k from sports betting. I cannot prove some or all of that because I am not now keeping strict and accurate withdrawal/re-deposit records as I did as a professional in order to make every dime traceable & trackable with casino records and my contemporaneous gambling logs, unless going to the casinos around here and at the Silverton would produce actuals in personal discussions.
2. Everything I've posted ABOUT MYSELF, MY VP PLAY, AND OUR FAMILY on this forum is 100% true. Where it gets slightly dicey is in my depiction of arci and his seemingly boring existence these days. While I've had access to several of his "financial" records and much or all of what I've said about him is very true, a lot of the badgering I lay on him is for pure entertainment purposes. I mean, who DOESN'T enjoy picking on a know-it-all geeky weakling working on his final leg of life? And the very successful chipping away process I've tortured him with has reaped dividend after dividend! Just for fun, here's an example: Cindy and I currently have a very blessed life with an active lifestyle. We walk a lot and do many things together. A side benefit of all this is that I can still bounce a quarter off of my wife's ass. If someone asked my good buddy arci to try that on his wife, it's almost too much for the stomach to take--including the accompanying belly laughs--to even imagine how long it would take to find that poor quarter once it just got stuck wherever it were to land.
3. I've spent probably much more than I've won gambling since I started playing my strategies. What we're living on now is my 2 pensions, my wife's one, and our savings in various formats from when we worked, and we can buy just about anything we want within middle-class reason. We've still hopefully got social security to look forward to, and from the estimates we've done on-line they should both be @ pretty good numbers. But we're not sure when to start collecting, or how long before it goes broke. So any of you people out there who are still working--please work overtime and get 2nd jobs if you can find them. The SS system needs your support.
4. Photos of wins that I've posted are genuine and are mine. I thought about putting up the W2G's alongside, but then we'd be right back to the famous onion again, where "someone" would claim photoshopping or trickery of some sort etc.
I'm not playing again until April or later because after that marathon of winning I just did, I'm soooo sick of sitting at machines playing that game. It just doesn't seem to be the challenge it once was, when I used to sweat playing $5 and above. Today I can't lose much because my bankroll is far far smaller than I needed when I was playing for a living. But read the first sentence again: too much play has driven me away for more than a while, even though we have casinos all around us and we're even staying at two of them during the next week.
I don't have a problem taking a polygraph, but you should know part of my training for my Gov't. job I went to out of college was how to render any such test inconclusive. Where would the test be given, and are you sure arci can actually get away from ordering bed pans or reading Consumer Reports ratings on walkers for a day or two?![]()
