Yeah I see their grand opening was yesterday.

Hope the new place works out, and they get this legal matter fixed. Presumably the owner is going to blame the survey company, so hopefully the survey company will fork over some money to the owners of Dream, who will relinquish the land, and that will be that.

It could get ugly though.
