I read back over that, Monet, and it looks like a straight botch-up all the way.

For one thing, I have no idea why neither BBB nor yourself really discussed it with me prior to it coming out in that thread.

Had there been something actually necessitating the name change, then it would have made the most sense for BBB (or me, had I been told) just to go to Wizard directly with that. Personally, I'd have just proposed to Wizard that you (as PingPangPong) take a ban that would be the length equivalent to finishing out the self-ban as Monet...which it seems I said in that thread would have been two or three days.

Yes and No.
BBB was making up a bunch of stuff on the fly to provide cover for me without my knowledge.
Wizard proves to be a complete hypocrite throughout that thread and proving it further in the next few years reinstating kewlJ along with other irregularities.

It would be a miracle if I can get back to PA within a year.
House if falling apart.
Vaccine Passports look to be on the horizon so they will probably force me to leave the country if I don't take the jab.

I don't know how reinstating KewlJ makes him a hypocrite, to be honest, but it's his site and he can do whatever he wants anyway. Granted, he doesn't own it anymore, but he's still the final say on almost anything that relates WoV Administration.

I have to be honest with you: I was actually pretty impressed when Wizard let KewlJ back on over there. Maybe Wizard didn't know the full extent of what KewlJ said about him elsewhere, but he had to have known about some of it.

Hopefully you'll be able to make it sooner or later.

I think it was creative, KJ may have invented the word used it once or twice and was ashamed afterwards. You went with it several dozen times for at least a year or so, but have since stopped using it. Any word is fairgame as far as I see it, people have to grow a thicker skin in general(most here are to some degree) especially if they post here.

In all honesty, Kewlj shouldn't be harassed for a word he used about two times and has shown deep regret over it and mentioned he wished he never said it. One Popular TV show had this one line that has stuck with me for a very long time. "I made a mistake and paid for it. I refuse to keep paying for the same mistake."

I don't feel like digging up all the posts but the Wizard vehemently posted that he would never, ever, ever reinstate kewlJ.
Couple years go by and all of a sudden the Wizard goes back on all his posts and his word.
He trapped himself with that type of behavior.
You can't take such a hard stance against kewlJ and reinstate her and not reinstate other banned members.
With the Wizards timeline I soon expect him to get born again and saved while going to church 3 times a week.
Obviously, because he has preached such a hard stance against the man in the sky.

She even posted that she loves to post through multiple forums because arguing is fun.

I think the first sentence just means that he felt one way about something and then changed his mind. I used to support the concept of Universal Basic Income, but now I don't, my views on that have changed since I was seventeen years old and wrote an essay for Government/Civics class titled, "An Argument for Minimum Annual Income (MAI)," which is what I called it at the time. Actually, I can still kind of support the general idea, but only if we get rid of virtually every other social safety net in the process such that UBI ends up being cheaper overall.

Point is, that just means that my position changed over several years. I think that's allowed to happen.

As far as Wizard knowing SAP=WoN, he says he didn't know.

In any event, I already took full responsibility for his being allowed to post there under WoN and I maintain that I am the primary responsible party. I'm NOT responsible for anything that may have led to because I had absolutely zero to do with any of it, and in fact, there was never once an accusation that I had. Granted, if I had listened to myself (as I should have), then I would have banned him as WoN even though I thought his getting banned as SAP was on poor grounds. Basically, I would have been acting over the objections of the one I just called the worst head mod ever (I was top day-to-day dog at that time, though) as well as several members' objections...but, as we saw, I shouldn't have listened to them.
