I think the first sentence just means that he felt one way about something and then changed his mind. I used to support the concept of Universal Basic Income, but now I don't, my views on that have changed since I was seventeen years old and wrote an essay for Government/Civics class titled, "An Argument for Minimum Annual Income (MAI)," which is what I called it at the time. Actually, I can still kind of support the general idea, but only if we get rid of virtually every other social safety net in the process such that UBI ends up being cheaper overall.
Point is, that just means that my position changed over several years. I think that's allowed to happen.
As far as Wizard knowing SAP=WoN, he says he didn't know.
In any event, I already took full responsibility for his being allowed to post there under WoN and I maintain that I am the primary responsible party. I'm NOT responsible for anything that may have led to because I had absolutely zero to do with any of it, and in fact, there was never once an accusation that I had. Granted, if I had listened to myself (as I should have), then I would have banned him as WoN even though I thought his getting banned as SAP was on poor grounds. Basically, I would have been acting over the objections of the one I just called the worst head mod ever (I was top day-to-day dog at that time, though) as well as several members' objections...but, as we saw, I shouldn't have listened to them.
