So here is a post I made December 1, 2020. At the time I was up $8800 for the year. Yikes! Played a few short sessions in December, only because I has some matchplays that were expiring and finished at $14k win for the year for blackjack. There was an additional 9k in machine play profits.

This is exactly what my tax returns will show.

Now I will find what I claimed for 2019 and 2018, which were much more typical years, one 100k and one 70k.

What is your point? Yes I was in the red on Sept 23. I was in the red as late as the first week in October. By the end of October, I was slightly in the black ($8837.50) and stopped for the year, not because of any results, but because covid cases were dramatically increasing and in my opinion blackjack tables are not a safe place to be. Outside of my comfort zone.

So again, what is your point? That I was behind on Sept 23 and most of the year. And you know that how? Because I am honest with my results winning and losing and don't just claim to win every session like some fairytale.

The arbitrator being Dan Druff, I am for or at least accept, as he was my suggestion. Dan can hold the money, look at my returns and make a ruling. But I am not going to agree to Singer viewing my tax returns and information. This is what I do for a living. I am not putting that in jeopardy, with an angry, bitter anti-AP troll and complete asshole like Singer.

I said I would do that to a third party arbitrator and suggested Dan Druff, for a wager, because I am assuming risk that could harm my career.

Shut up ass wipe. THAT is not what the proposal was. Singer clearly said I should show tax returns that match my claims for the last 3 years. I have agreed to do that. Just not show it to him. No where in his initial proposal did he say show it to him, or that would have been the end of any discussion, because I will not show him a damn thing. So I agree to his initial proposal.

Second he said he had 505 thousand dollars he was willing to wager. I picked a number I was comfortable with for several reasons, $150k.

So I agree to both his terms.
