Sorry to hear KJ, hopefully it’s minimal symptoms and you back to normal life quickly. Just goes to show the longer this virus is around, the less we know about it. I’m still a believer in the vaccine, but I also believe other than possibly reducing the symptoms when, not if, you get it, it’s doing nothing to stop the spread.
Thanks Boz. I think you are right about the vaccine doing nothing to reduce the spread. Probably worse that that, probably 'hindering' reducing the spread because so many get infected, have no symptoms, so don't even know and go about their lives, infecting others.
The only thing I would add to your statement is the vaccine doesn't just reduce symptoms, as I am currently experiencing and benefitting from, but almost all data indicates it reduces the chance of
severe illness, hospitalization and death. And that is really the name of the game isn't it?
