About four/five years ago, for a two-year period, some Asian programmers were hammering college hoops and college hoops totals. They did really well. They did so well, that many of the larger books delayed their college hoops each day by an hour or two so Boyd took the brunt of the opening salvos because Boyd stayed on their usual schedule of posting numbers. I happened to be at the Gold Coast next to the Rio and managed to get access to the plays for a few days late in the year. Rio (Caesars) book didn't post numbers until after Boyd had posted their numbers. Boyd took the opening action, which moved the numbers real fast, so fast I missed optimal lines.
