As an aside, it's very common for happy and successful people to insult strangers on the internet. That's totally a thing.

Actually many do it all the time.

On here, Twitter, FB and many other sites.

I personally do it all the time though I usually pick out liberals blaming others for why their life sucks. And while I maybe don’t know them, and could call them strangers, I can see them for the human garbage they are.

What world are you living in?

And who else have you been on these forums because we all know you didn’t just discover this site last year.

What makes you say that? I did in fact first land on this site last year researching plays.

Of course, I am well aware of what the anonymity of the internet can bring out of people. I mean, just look at many of the threads on this forum alone.

What I was calling out in particular was the case of this Max gentleman and, from what I have read, similar post from Rob Singer too. The pure unadulterated hatefulness seething from folks like this is typically not associated with the well adjusted.

To point out an example, look how he talked to me disrespectfully right out of the gate with no provocation and knowing nothing about me.

That is a little different than writing a comment like "this band sucks" on a YouTube video or saying something calling out an internet stranger with an opposing political viewpoint.

In those cases, you have information on the band/individual.

Still not exactly the epitome of healthy behavior, but a few notches below insulting someone who did nothing to you and that you also know nothing about.
