I'm assuming that Alan, doing due diligence as a reporter, has also contacted him to get Dancer's opinion. Because why wouldn't you if you're doing an interview?
Has Dancer seen Rob's W2G? If he has seen it I'd certainly like to get his opinion on its authenticity.
