There is a big ass apartment complex opening in phases where Showboat was. For a long time, well, longtime for me, my Vegas time, Stations owned that lot, which was strange. It is not like they were going to build another Station casino just down the street from Boulder Station. I feel like they purchased that lot so no one else would build a casino that would threaten Boulder station, not that I can think of anyone that would build a legit casino in that area.Originally Posted by monet
