There's nothing to see here. Gloved, masked people carrying big boxes full of envelopes go out for 2:00AM strolls all the time. One can't be too careful about Covid by oneself at 2:00AM and and there's nothing like a person getting a few pre-dawn strolls in near several different ballot drop boxes carrying a big box of envelopes near each one for added resistance training to provide a little fresh air and circulation. It's quite invigorating and a lot cheaper than the gym.
I heard aliens came down and zapped ballot boxes with their eye beans and changed what was on them.
