What are you talking about?I don't know anything about Dice. I have never played craps. Everything I have heard from knowledgeable, credible people is that dice influencing is not a real thing. Wheel spun? Like roulette? Sure there can be a biased wheel. It would be rare in this day and age because casinos measure them regularly. Even if a wheel was slightly unbalanced it isn't like it is going to land in that one heavy spot every time. It might be like 5 times out of 100 instead of 3 times, or if it is an area maybe that area hits 11 times out of 100 instead of 9. It would take a lot of effort and data to recognise this bias and then it would be gone probably as soon as you did.
The last kind of Wheel Bias I have heard about was the Big Six wheel technique mentioned in Grosjean's book and that was what 15 years ago at least. I actually played that with some success one summer a couple years after I moved to Vegas. You want to talk about boring and tedious and grinding, the Grosjean Big 6 wheel thing makes blackjack look exciting. And now most big 6 wheels are automated, so that particular play is out the window.
Non-random card dealt. Well, that can be everything from these machines that we are discussing to dealers cheating with illegal shuffles and deals. How about dealing seconds. It's just these non-random machines have incorporated technology into the mix.
