The natural progression will be "I just talked to my attorney. I pressed him on this issue and he admitted he made up the lawsuit. He did this so that he could take more of the settlement money. We have resolved this personally between us and that is all I will say on this issue. I have to go now."

The biggest take-away I got from it is that EVEN IF THE ENTIRE FILE IS SEALED, there would still be a searchable public record of the case number and names of the parties and their attorneys.

Right, MrV. And...now all MaxPen has to do is look for the one in a hundred thousand civil case that has been marked "case sealed." That's even easier than searching for cases against casinos, or ones where the cause of action is for false imprisonment or battery. Which, that cause of action and everything else noted by statute will remain public record, case sealed or not.

This was a civil case alleging casino abuse and illegal detention. This case was about being illegally detained/arrested.

I received a bit of a scolding for revealing something that I revealed yesterday. The term was "you are your own worst enemy". I can see this point.

There is nothing good that can come from me saying anything further about this case.

I will say that the level of obsession from MDawg, who supposedly is on an gambling trip in Las Vegas where he spends countless hours in his suite obsessing and trolling me, and from Rob Singer who supposedly is summering in lake Tahoe, where he spends a great deal of time doing the same is just shocking.

Is there anybody else in the history of gambling forums that spends this kind of time trolling on an internet forum, when they are in Las Vegas or on vacation? With all that places like Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe have to offer, this is what you spend all your time doing? That is obsession at its purest.

It's clear you did not study up on either civil OR criminal law before starting this fiasco. Again, all you're doing is what you always do: claim you know something, and if anyone knows you're lying and says so, you claim they're wrong.

This is Rob Singer all but admitting how he operates, researching and setting up his different fabricated stories and claims. Everyone clearly saw it last summer when he set up the 1.5 million dollar jackpot, weeks in advance.

And no I did not study up on criminal, nor civil law? Why would I? I just shared experiences as I have always done. So happens this one was completely new to me and actually forced me to learn some things about civil law a long the way.

The most simple explanation is usually the truth. UNKewlJ was worried that MaxPen would follow through on his vow to search thoroughly, and, realizing that no matter how much anyone searched a non existent lawsuit could not be found, he came up with the poorly researched explanation of that hey - you can't find it because the case was sealed.

Fact of the matter is, a case like this would not be sealed, or even redacted (which, redaction of bits here and there would come first - not sealing - sealing is a last resort where redaction won't get the job done). There just are almost no legitimate grounds for sealing a false imprisonment simple battery type civil case against a casino. So, just by claiming that "the case is sealed" he hemmed himself further into a confirmed whopper.

Realizing that even a sealed case would still very much be public record, now he's back at square one, with trying to figure out some way to explain that no one is ever going to find a record of this thing. Because it doesn't exist - never happened in the way he has been claiming.

As I said from the beginning, something might have happened at some point to someone or to some people, and UNKewlJ created a composite story, and gave himself the lead.

One of the luxuries that someone like me that shares a lot, more than we should, has is that because we don't post it all in one place, someone searching for damaging information has to read through a lot of past forum posts. They need to spend hours doing so. Even someone hired by the database companies to monitor social media nad internets forums, probably isn't going to go to this much trouble. Mdawg will. And that is what makes him so dangerous to a player like me that he repeatedly doxed and tries to harm. He is willing to spend hours and hours looking for anything he can find to dox me and harm me financially.
