This is almost irrelevant. There are a number of ways Rob or anyone else could have come up with the correct sequence LONG AFTER the fact. Dan Druff has stated that he believes it is possible Rob found one or two of those machines in one of those out of the way location's that never applied the patch and even played the machines. But he concludes that Rob never made any REAL money playing the double up Bug. That is exactly where I am as well.

And I had information that no one on this forum knew but me. Kane & Nestor got busted in April 2009. In June 2009 Rob announced to the video poker world that he was retiring from professional video poker. I was there in the video poker forums so I know he did it.

When there was discussion on this very forum (I believe Alan owned it at the time) when the Nestor/Kane story broke, do you remember what Rob wrote? Something about what they did was illegal, and they should go to jail. If Rob had really made this play and was laying low as he later told us, this statement would have been a confession had he been caught and charged which was still possible. Dumb as I think Rob Singer is, even he would not do this. Had he really been involved in this play and was laying low waiting for statute of limitations to expire; he would have not said a word during that discussion.

The second thing is the totality that is Rob Singer and his claims. Everything from Singer progression systems that defy math, to "special plays" to machines telepathing hot and cold cycles, to the Newel RV and pictures inside an RV that was not his, to pictures of a safe with Amazon prop money, to the selling of the make-believe Newell RV sight unseen to an mystical Israeli, to his last 1.5 million dollar jackpot on the computer screen in the storage area of someone's house.
