Account—it may vary from state to state but in my state all interest in an attorney/client trust account does go to the state. I may be holding as much as a million as a down payment on a sale of a business, for several months, but i dont get that interest.
In answer to someone else’s question, i have only one trust account and funds from various clients are comingled. All subject to strict record keeping. They love to suspend or disbar you here for any impropriety in the trust account.

I'm not sure if I told the Forum the story or not, I don't remember exactly how it all went down but this is the basic gist of it. Back when the Aliante Station first opened (one of the few grand openings I missed, as I had something else going on at that time). I noticed they had a bunch of low denomination full pay Deuces Wild where there were quite a few people banging on them.

I didn't really recognize any of these people, but there was one particular guy playing closest to where I just happened to be standing. He was kind of heavy-set with a beard. I just had a simple question... I wanted to know if they were getting good mailers from playing the full-pay deuces. Some people will tell you, and some people won't, I took a shot. This guy was actually kind of a dick and basically wanted me to hit the road. During that brief encounter, I got the gay vibe from him for whatever reason, I don't remember why.

I moved along and I was checking out some 8/5 bonus 5 play that happened to be in view of the Deuces Wild. I decided to have my GF sit down and play 10K-20K through on her card. I'm thinking the most I'm going to give up in value is 200 bucks, we should get back more than that and comps alone. At some point, I noticed this younger Asian-looking dude over talking to the gay guy. It looked as had he had just come from the pit with a few chips in his hand. Fast forward some years later after I started posting on the forums and heard and read KJ stories and whatnot, I think he even mentioned Club Fortune mailers and video poker and his partner. I happened to be in Club Fortune where I recognized that same exact heavy-set bearded gay dude playing video poker. A light bulb moment went off where I wondered is this KJ's partner? The fool is weak, and baiting him with a few well-placed words, a good insult, or a haunting true tale of another of my big wins, trips around the US, or how comfortable we live, will shake him to his core. He's a loser who lies about himself and others who are successful, simply because he lives a sour and lonely life. As a warped result, everything he claims about himself and those who've had him pegged for a long time just HAVE to be believed, and whatever anyone else says is always wrong. If you don't believe kew, you are a troll (whatever that is).

This is the classic mark of someone completely lacking in self-worth and self-confidence. It's also typical of gay people. Head problems reign supreme with these people.
