My (and mickey's) credit rating puts us maybe in the top third of Americans. Good, but not great. My reporting on the subject is a study in reality, not the usual "AP" nonsense. On many previous occasions, I've stated that my net worth is almost exactly the average net worth of the basic white American 65-year-old male. It's right on the button. I'm actually proud of that since the variable correlating most with a person's income is his parents' income.

I think all of the "APs" should post their scores like mickey. Cuts to the heart of what they claim.

P.S. Sat down with a banker today for about two hours, so that ties right in with this topic.
You want to see everyone's scores but we've yet to see yours. Personally I don't know any successful AP that has to sit down with a banker. Let alone a 65 year old one.....RIP

But here you go. Now let's see yours

Also based on your outstanding tax lien and state of residence I'd assume that you are closer to the median net worth for your age. You are nowhere close to average. But then again with your understanding of EV you will probably tell us median and average are the same thing. Then you'll tell us how you're going to host a conference on the topic in the local cafe restroom on the subject with your colleague Jerome Powell or some shit.
Guess Redietz went into hiding on this topic. Must be hunkering down fetching doughnuts and pouring coffee for the real gypsters...RIP
