American blacks were mistreated and put down to the point that a lot of them have become or became retaliatorily savage.

Go to Europe and blacks there, by and large, might look different but don't really act any different from whites.
That's right. I lived in Europe for 4 years and blacks are a different animal over there. They were brought here and treated as sub-humans, which has something to do with a lot of their savage actions today.
