A LOYAL Poster who had been a Member since 1997 said something like," I cant believe the Admin is begging us for $1 a month ($12 a year). I'm out of here!" And abandoned the Website. He gave us that Website for FREE for 27 years and is only asking for 1 dollar a month ($12 a year) and she abandoned the Website over such a trivial amount! If it was a voluntary donation I’d think something like, what difference does it make?

If it was a mandatory payment I would think something like, is the website worth $1 or more a month to me?

If the website was worth $1 or more a month to me, I’d think something like Ok I’ll pay it.

If the website was not worth $1 or more a month to me I’d think something like, yeah suck one, I’m not paying.
