And the ONLY part of that that's important is the cognitive ability of each. Biden is confused, lost, needs notes whenever he sits down for official chats with world leaders, he cant read a teleprompter for over 1 minute without simultaneously slipping into a state of bumbling and mumbling, and he needs/requires assistance every time he tries to figure out how and where to leave a stage.
