My late wife was a physical anthropologist (a la Bones), so allow me to weigh in. The average erect male penis is somewhere between 5.2 and 5.5 inches in length. Anything over about 6.3 or 6.4 inches would put you in the top 5%. Nine inches would be somewhere around two or three people out of a thousand. Or fewer. Nine and a half (I love fractions) would put you well north of one in a thousand.
