Fat Boy is truly the only person on here that I truly despise. I still laugh at how scared he was during Covid but I can understand why with his health. He was the most at risk group when it turned out most of us never were.

It seems that Certificates from that particular college do indicate some kind of achievement, albeit lower than an Associate's degree.
