One thing you can tell, when UNKewlJ makes with the all bold sentences one after another something has really gotten to him. You can practically see the hand cocked onto his side, the bent elbow and the high pitched whiny voice complaining, "Now wayyyyt a minute, Misterrrrr."

Red, are you forgetting that at times Singer said or alluded to that he didn't play rated. Didn't want or need points and multiplier days. He won by his SPS and "special plays". Are you forgetting that, because now you are making him out to be some sort of comp hustling genius. Somebody either Singer, or you on his behalf is revising and re-telling the stories.

And yes...STOP distracting me. I am trying to get my sports picks all organized for the weekend. Can't make some of them until this evening (half juice Friday evening), but try to get the work done ahead of time.

I haven't forgotten anything. To claim that Singer went unrated is somewhat silly, both silly for Singer and silly for you. His smiling face was on the cover of Gaming Today half the issues for about a decade. That means his countenance was seen every week by literally tens of thousands of people in every casino and especially every sports book. If people didn't know who he was, then that's on them.

And before you try to make the argument that but, but, but Singer said he wasn't rated, you should realize that it doesn't matter if he plugged his card in or not. Those were the days of discretionary comps. Whether he had his card in or not was largely irrelevant.

And before you tell me that I'm wrong, please bear in mind that I was getting probably three-quarters of my comps at the time via discretionary. So yeah, all I had to do was ask, card or not. People had some idea who I was.

And I also realize that what I just wrote kind of undermines the entire man-about-town, under-the-radar vibe kewlJ tries to maintain vis-a-vis his blackjack playing. Again, Las Vegas is largely like Cheers....everybody knows your name, or if not your name, your story. So hard to walk into a place after 10 years and claim you're The Chameleon (that's a reference for really old Spider-Man fans).

Once again, kew's making things up about me in order to fit some kind of confusing scenario.

As I've said several times in the past few years: I played my SPS from Jan. 2000 thru Feb. 2004. I used a card for every hand played in every major casino across the state (Laughlin to Tahoe/LV to Reno/Carson Valley to Wendover/& Jackpot to Mesquite) from $1 VP thru $100 VP. Obviously, that generated a ton of comps and offers everywhere, and it's why I put up hundreds of visitors I trained/advised into rooms all over the state. And it wasn't unusual for me to check into a half dozen hotels at a time on most trips, in order to collect the freebies as well as take care of my "guests".

Now the tough pill for kew to swallow: from Feb. 2004 thru May 2009, when I discovered and played the DU Bug, I did not use a slot card UNTIL immediately after hitting a financially bumped-up hand where I was hand-paid. At that point, I always played that machine's highest denomination WITH MY PLAYER'S CARD INSERTED and purposely lost 5% of my big win. You play at the $5 level, $10 level, or at the $25 level, lose X amount, and back then the comps and offers flowed.

I may not have been the biggest recipient of all the free stuff (including full RFB at a number of places) the casinos used to shower upon mid-level players. But I certainly got my cut of the pie....in addition to all those winnings.

Those were the days....the ONLY days.

I don't know but Harrah's is supposed to have been the company that really pioneered "analytical" player tracking. Somewhere in the 90s I'd guess.

UNKewlJ has also consistently contradicted himself – unable to keep to the same story. One day he’s never ever played rated, next day he talks about all the comps he racked up at table games. Not too different from how she

can't even keep track of how many years she supposedly went to college, or the day of the week where she received her ACH settlement? (Or how long it might take to re-program a shuffling machine.)
