If you bet less money playing an -EV game, you will lose less on average than if you bet a lot in that same -EV game. Personally I would never play a -EV game, but that certainly does not change a factual statement. Strawmen and conflation will not help you here. Just like it didn't when you didn't even know about doubling down a second time in the glitched Electronic Blackjack game you claimed you found until it was mentioned to you.
