The pit guy is looking through the cards played to see if many small cards have been played which would correlate to +EV advantage and the larger bets the player is now making.

But the funny thing is when they do that they already suspect/know. So it is almost for show. he wants to see if you have a reaction like leaving.

But regardless if it is for show or he is actually looking at the cards it is a warning shot. Often the first warning. Part of the game within the game at most places.

Now settlement, I can't really talk about. I will get into trouble for that. So let me just pose the question: How do you research is a settlement between two parties, private outside the courts occurred? A settlement after a suit was filed, might be public info, but prior to any suit, it is just a private agreement between two parties.

And THAT is what occured with my incident....wherever it may have been.

Right after I lost the bet , I admitted I lost and wanted to pay up. I even offered a round of golf so I could pay in person. Ive played golf with other WOV members. Then Boz disappeared from the forum. I figured he would try to reach out to me. He never did. After over 6 years I truly forgot about it. Even when I was told about it , I still didn't remember but I also admitted I needed more details to remember. When provided those details, I remembered. Believe me I don't like to owe money. I run all my expenses through a credit card and never pay interest. This is the truth. I'm not like Mdawg the baldfaced liar

As a recreational gambler who expects to lose and usually does, I doubt that my discussions of my casino play would be of much interest to the hard-nosed gamblers who post and lurk here. As far as my odes to Tasha: I do it 'cause it's fun. It might seem obsessive but she's the gift that keeps on giving. I often tie my Tasha tales to her latest gaffe, faux pas or misstep so there's sort of a "discussion" element to it.
