I have stated a couple of times that the hound, as a California attorney, took an oath to behave at a higher standard than the average swinging dick, to wit: "As an officer of the court, I will strive to conduct myself at all times with dignity, courtesy and integrity."
Obviously his stalking, lieblous posts about KJ and others here violated his solemn oath.
The California bar association MIGHT take discipliary action against his license to practice law IF someone, anyone, were to submit a formal bar complaint against him to the California bar, with details / proof.
KJ says, so far, that he doesn't want to, perhaps concerned he'd have to identify himself and that the hound would then learn his identity.
But hey, ANYONE with a sharp axeto grind can take their best shot: all it takes is a bit of time and a stamp or two.
