Point is: the bar could care less if a lawyer fucks a client, so long as it happens after the representation of the client ends.

I've known attorneys who wind up marrying their former client, or even their secretary: as I oft say: "Familiarity breeds attempt."
My Fictional Axl Rose dated his Client while he was his Client's Lawyer and the Prosecutor and the other Lawyer protested this, stating that it's a conflict of interest. The Judge allowed Axl to STILL be dating his Client. I looked up,"Can a Lawyer date his Client?" And got the response saying something like,"A Lawyer dating his Client while actively representing said Client is a conflict of interest, but if the relationship happens AFTER the Lawyer is no longer representing the Client, that is perfectly acceptable. " But I guess of the Judge allows a Lawyer to be dating his Client, that would be also acceptable since the Judge allowed it.
Thank you for this information Tasha. I have some additional legal questions and I was wondering if I might find answers to them in your collected fictional works.

Can a judge play a game on his phone behind the bench as long as the sound is off and nobody sees it? What about a game of checkers with a midget who is carefully concealed? Can lawyers bring an opaque water bottle filled with half Gatorade half hard lemonade? If the client is a pre-op tranny who has stuffed his bra with a pair of honeydew melons and he gets hungry during his trial, can he sample the fruits?
