I enjoyed the last 2 episodes as it expands the plot development. I appreciate the bizarre nature of the last 2 episodes because I'm not sure where the show is going and it's become somewhat more unpredictable which I really enjoy. I'm hoping severance doesn't take a wrong turn like Lost did
I think the weather is intentional setting the tone of a cold inhospitable environment where people are doing what they can to survive.
I'm in Flagstaff and seeing real snow for the 1st time in years. I was supposed to arrive Sat instead of yesterday Sunday but put it off travel for a day due to the biggest snowstorm this season in Northern AZ which actually shut down I40.
The other show I watch regularly is the Pitt
It's really really great. Kind of the opposite of Severance as they are going for realism

Ive been to Flagstaff once almost exactly 9 years ago. Was there for work & flying out on a Friday afternoon & thought I was going to get snowed in, took these pictures at the airport.

Was delayed for several hours but fortunately it cleared & was able to get home that night.

Haven’t seen Pitt I’ll check it out.

I feel the same way about Lost. Seasons 1 & 2 were great. 3 was ok but it started to go downhill. Actually never even finished the series at all, lost all interest by the last season,

Then there's the father of two son's my son used to hang with: dad killed himself and left nothing to his boys: gave it all to a grand daughter: shitty thing to do, I fear for their future.

My point: depression runs in the family: if your sire suicides get help to cope and avoid doing the same.

On America's Next Top Model, a Model Contestant's Boyfriend and her Mother committed Suicide, and she committed Suicide too and she was only around 23. Her final ANTM picture looked tortured as hell as if she were struggling with intense and deep depression, a red flag foreshadowing of her Suicide. Sad story all around.

Edit. That's a REALLY shitty thing the Father did, leaving NOTHING to his Sons and leaving EVERYTHING to his Granddaughter. I fear for the Granddaughter's future too. Jack Whittaker gave his Granddaughter a LOT of money and she ended up using his money to buy drugs and died of an overdose. So Granddaughter in the case you are speaking of has a dangerous future too.

All you can do is the typical whine about "suicide" and how "no one realizes the level of depression and what a dark place these people are in" and "we have to do something about it!"

No brain/no pain, you idiots.

People who contemplate and/or carry out suicide, first of all, do so as a result of something called "free will". These are weakass, low self-asteem people who's minds tell them that they are useless, hopeless, inferior beings who's lives basically add up to one big fat zero.

And it is not their fault for having such defective reasoning skills. We're all brought into this world with different levels of capabilities, realizations, & intelligence, and we all then have our lives shaped by those with whom we live as well as by those we choose to befriend.

Many people just can't handle what they see in the future nor their dwelling on the past. They also see their present as being pathetic. A loser like kew comes to mind here, only he stupidly believed that choosing to be a homo would serve as an excuse for being a total underachieving failure in life.

If someone wants to end their life, so be it. Who is anyone to claim moral superiority over it? And who gives a fuck anyway....most of these people are miserable and unproductive on their best days. Without a doubt, us normal people are better off without them. All this phony "caring" about people who do these things turns my stomach. Just let them do what they choose to do. In other words, fuck 'em and move on.

We all have the freedom to do what we choose to do in this uncontrolled life. There are weirdos and morons everywhere. And no one need answer to anyone else for what they do.
