Axl Rose wolfed down his sixth cannoli, wondering "What causes the munchies?"

He perused his emails and was surprised to have gotten a weird one: some strange guy who claimed to be a California attorney sent him a link to an obscure forum, VCT.

Axl soon discovered the writings of one "Tasha," a broke ass, gimpy, autistic Jamaican immigrant with a penchant for absurdity and bad writing skills.

He laughed so hard at her ridiculous tales about him that he actually felt "good" for the first time in months.

But what really made him laugh was the suggestion from the "lawyer" that he'd represent him in a defamation lawsuit against "Tasha" at his customary hourly rate.

It was quite clear to Axl that the woman in question was a nut-case, as was the "attorney:" he quickly dismissed the communication as the ravings of a loon and reached for his seventh cannoli.

Not for the first time did Axl reflect upon how great it is to be a has-been geezer rocker.

Once again, I'm more worried about the REAL Axl Rose suing me for writing my Fictional Axl Rose as someone who is Bisexual/Gay, because he's STRAIGHT. The REAL Axl has an Account on one of the Guns N' Roses Fan Websites where I have the Fictional Axl Rose stories.

Let me get this straight...you are all worried about Axl discovering your pulp fiction and suing you over it, yet you knowingly posted the tale on a G 'n R fan site that you knew he was a member of?

Why in the world would you knowingly publish something you don't want him to see on a site you know he is a member of?

Kind of makes me think your end game is garnering attention, not avoiding litigation.

Perhaps...but look at it this way: the guy is essentially retired now, as are most geezer rockers, other than the occasional gig in tribal casinos he's just living on royalities so he has all the time in the world.

I suspect it would be the real Axl, the same as the real Trump posts on X: both probably never tire of seeing perople talking about them, it's human nature to want to be noticed.

Civil judgments like the one you describe are a debt owed through the court. In the past, the judgment would have become part of your previous tenant's credit report with no action on your part. However, Experian no longer shows judgments or tax lien information as part of a consumer's credit history.
