I don't think that one could prove I made a legitimate attempt to send it. That's up for interpretation, since you can't read my mind. I could have poupously sent it to myself just to claim I made an honest attempt to send it. I think there is enough evidence that most people would believe that I made an honest attempt to send him my email, and truly assumed that I had. It's a moot point, I think he will confirm that I have since made sure he got my email and my phone number.
