One reason I paused in seeking euphoria is to aid in my goal of reaching my target weight of 235; hit 235.6 this afternoon according to the scale at the fitness center where I work out six days a week.

Down from a high of over 290 some years ago.

235 isn't too bad for a tall man such as myself.

Daily I start with stretching and yoga, then do cardio and weights at the fitness center, then a bike ride and finally a walk before bed.
Retirement is supposed to be where we discover what a wonderful life we lived, ie, by not thus ending up above.
