Then they constantly call the bar/ restaurant with threats of lawsuits until paid. And hire local subcontractors to record videos of the entertainment at the bar for proof in court. They have in some cases sued for big money and at one time were rumored to have a judge in their pocket as they always filed in his court. At some point the owners give up and just get extorted.
