Your man-love for Trump makes it so you can't accept the fact there are lots of real men who think independently and see Trump for the old-money hustlin' bs through out his life con that he is.
"new heights". Like our credit rating dropping ... I could explain how that is such a bad thing but I'm sure it'd be lost on you.
But anyway, people of any sort of ability to think on their own see these interactions for what they are. So go do ya MAGA thing.
It is funny.. in the group of friends who are alt-right and really despise Israeli/Zionists and the pull they have in this country - there are a handful of guys who don't like Trump. They're all the guys who run their own businesses. Those who love Trump are the 9-5 grinders hoping someone out there has a job for them. You can divide that group down the middle with either criteria and same result. Funny. I see this a lot actually but tbh I also don't have a large sample.
There are also people who sorta support Trump's policies but do not ever express man-love. They're not all like you. Those guys can take criticisms of their dear leader.
For a real fun exercise, ask any Trumpers that you know (the more MAGA the better), just how they benefited from the first Trump presidency?

A very few, and I mean very few, like multi-millionaires making 10's of millions of dollars may have benefited from some tax breaks, because Trump couldn't get those passed for himself without it helping a few other well-to-doer. But the rest of us paid for that.
For the rest of us, we didn't get lower costs and prices or tax breaks, or better services. No new factory jobs like he promised tens of millions in the small factory towns across the Midwest. Exactly one person, and his family and maybe a few cronies benefited.
And at the end of this second term it will be 10 times worse. Higher prices due to artificially inflated prices from tariffs. Higher prices because the cheap labor that used to do certain jobs that no one else would do have been deported. Good luck finding housekeepers, and lawn care people. You think the costs of those higher services with non immigrant labor demanding higher wages aren't passed to you and me?
Those on Social Security, which seems like many on this forum, will be lucky if their Social Security isn't cut or ended. And if they do have any sort of problem, good luck good luck getting through on the phone or finding an office with any workers that can help you. You Will be lucky if THAT is the worst of your Social Security problems. And certainly, no closer to any solution that would fix the on coming SS problem. Just 4 years closer to it.
When this second Trump term is over, he will walk away with a 400 million dollar plane and 100 of millions to billions of dollars stuffed in his coffers and accounts by people bribing him and paying him off to minimize their own losses. One person and maybe some family members will walk away enriched while the rest of us, supporters and non-supporters alike, will deal with higher prices and less services.
If you think you have seen this model before, one person enriching themselves at the cost of everyone else in the country....YOU HAVE! Russia! And Iraq under Sadam Husein., and every other dictatorship/autocratic government in the last 50 years (probably way longer). It is nothing new. It is only new here in the United States.
