As for anti-kelly I don't think he understands it. If he's betting a fixed percentage of bankroll, like the .7% that he claims, then he's kelly betting.

I believe I asked this question before I saw the "snitch" post. As to why, I thought it was a strange, random question, but now, after reading that post, I understand.
