Funny thing I learned at the time is that mailers are not only different in regards to locals vs out of towners, but differ in the same area (like Las Vegas) based on ethnicity and gender. Someone with an Asian name or living in an Asian area of town will get better offers than someone else for the exact same play. And a female even better.

I never exploited that, but know someone who did.

Seems like that ought to be some kind of discrimination or something, but good luck winning that.
