Thread: Casino Staff Members knowing when Players pull Player's Club card? :/

  1. #1
Zcore on WOV who is a Casino Staff Member said that he and his Team knows when Players pull Player's Club cards when Bonuses hit. A Poster said something like, "My Friend who lives in a different State visited me one weekend and he and I went to my local Casino. He had a Promo for first time sign up, earn 50 points and get $200 in free play.

He earned the 50 points and got the $200. We were leaving the Casino in a few minutes because he was going to catch a plane back to his State soon. He told me I could keep his Player's Club card and play the $200, just Zelle him his half of whatever I lost." I agreed and kept his card.

The next day, I played with his Player's Club card and got the Bonus. I pulled his Player's Club card out of the machine and put my own card in. I ended up hitting a HUGE Jackpot with my Friend's free play money but my card was in the machine when the Slot Technician came to verify my win and I claimed the Jackpot using my own Player's Club card and ID.

I Zelled my Friend $2,500 out of the $5,000 bonus. There is no way that the Casino will find out that I won the Bonus using my Friend's free play but just switched the cards when the Bonus started."

Zcore responded something like,"I am a Casino Staff Member and my Team and I know when Players pull out Player's Club cards when Bonuses start. You and your Friend MIGHT get away scot free since your Player's Club card was the one in the machine when the Slot Technician verified the win and the Casino thinks you pulled out your own Player's Club card impulsively and put it right back after using your better judgement, but you'll be pretty much screwed if they check the cameras and see that the Player's Club card you initially put in and were playing on was not your own Player's Club card and you pulled your Friend's Player's Club card out in your own Player's Club card when the Bonus started."

I’m in the market for a bridge.

My first choice would be a suspension bridge, but I will consider a cantilever bridge or a draw bridge for the right price.

    I still have...questions.

Whenever I get a hand pay the tech inserts their own card into the machine for some reason; I think it allows them access to hidden menus?

Whatever, I have to think that the eye looks at everything leading up to a hand pay, and wouldn't it catch what you are talking about?

Can't the casino via computer take a look from the cage or where ever at what the play was on the machine up to and including the time it hit?

Casinos don't care about player's cards, they just want to pay the wins they have to pay. They won't look and won't care. They are not square, and dont care.

Hmm. Two Friends went to the Casino, I'll call them Lisa and Kim. Lisa owed about $2,000 dollars in IRS debt. She won $2,000 in a lucky spin. Lisa knew I'd she claimed the win herself, the entire Jackpot money would go to the IRS debt and not for her to enjoy.

She begged Kim who didn't owe any IRS debt to switch seats and Player's Club cards and claim the Jackpot as Kim's and Lisa and Kim would split the Jackpot evenly. Kim agreed and put in her own Player's Club card and claimed the Jackpot as her own. Kim got paid and she gave Lisa the agreed on half. About an hour later, Casino Staff Members came up to Lisa and Kim and told them they were caught on camera doing the switcheroo and they were both permanently banned from the Casino.

Here’s your answer: Different casinos handle it differently.

I don't care if Zcore set it or not, it's true with some systems and casinos.

For example, the Casino Royale actually has an alert to their employees if someone puts their card in and out of one or multiple different machines in a short period of time, and they send an employee to find out what the fuck you're doing. If it's innocent, they'll usually they just give you a warning the first time, but after that, there's a good chance they'll boot you or take away your card privileges.

They are extra adamant about the situation, given that they have an ongoing 20% loss rebate(I assume they still have it)

I've been approached multiple times in there, but luckily I knew the slot manager and she always told them to give me a pass.
