Seems like it's under control. Wonder what damage was done, and if this will delay the renovation being completed.

Looks like it was just in the parking garage, they put it out fast with no injuries so now everything is hunky and / or dory.

Next time bring in Trump to upgrade the place. He can do no wrong, and this entire country should be thanking him after his incredible accomplishments since bring elected in painful landslide for the weirdo democrats!

Sure, that's gotta be why Melania loathes the oaf.

    Another libtard wet dream.

He just keeps winning because he was right about everything.

That's why 10% hate him. And they hate that his wife loves him so much....just as they despise that he has an extraordinary all-white very decent family.

It'll just keep getting better, so buckle down in your little safe space!

Okay, I hate to give Argentino writing credit, but "buckle down in your safe space" ain't bad. I think it's "hunker down" or "buckle up," however.

"Buckle up in your safe space" makes a good bumper sticker. Maybe an added line, "Here come Da Trump." or something. I'm open to suggestions. Maybe just "Buckle Up in Your Safe Space" with a photo of Trump.

Meanwhile, the Trumpster, by accident, just turned all tournament poker players into obvious suckers and losers, as opposed to just suckers and losers.

For those who think that's harsh, hey, I was around when the now-called Main Event had a hundred or so entrants and all of them got free rooms downtown, concierge rooms with free catered food (which I sneaked into on occasion), and the players were treated like kings, not chattel. In contrast, if someone in 2025 gives you a shirt that says "WSOP sucker," that is not a compliment. Being part of a "poker community" is not a badge of intellectual honor.

If you play in these things, whatever you may think you are, you have become the proverbial "square." Unless, of course, you are one of those enterprising souls who sells 15 10% pieces of yourself, in which case I salute your entrepreneurship.

Always a good post when redietz talks out his ass about things he believe he understands... but hey he was back in LV way way way back whenever but doesn't have a single damn story worth telling.

Sure, what wife wouldn't love being publicly humiliated, besmirched and pissed on by an arrogant, unrepentant felonious cheating fool with bad hair?

Rob, she lives in NYC, Florida and occasionally in DC...the oaf currently sleeps alone in DC: when in DC she has her own, separate "quarters" in the White House.

The only sex those two have is hallway sex, each yelling "Fuck you" while passing in the hallway.

Please make a note of the fact that the so-called 'first lady" is basically MIA from the WH.

Not that she cares or is missed...she's got her own life to lead, and she has nothing to do with Don the Con unless their pre-nups / post-nups so stipulate that she must temporarily appear and pretend to be a good, docile wife while on public display...and you better believe he's paying through the nose for it.

Call it a form of "lawfare:" you know, "All's fair in love and war."

    Bwa ha ha ha

When you listen to and watch the liberal networks--and when you want to believe what they say so you don't go out of your mind--you end up spouting any nonsense they claim about Trump.

TDS my friend....and there is no cure. I'm simply watching you poor people coming apart at the seams!!

Sorry. I was just referencing a Doug Polk piece from 72 hours ago. I'm sure account has a more erudite, authoritative, and knowledgeable take than this:

I think the chart about the 11 minute mark spelled it out clearly enough that even I understood the domino effect of the legislation. Unless, of course, account has brought his fine mind to bear and has a more sophisticated assessment.

    What is a verse?
I don't need or really even want the $$$ (I have way, way more than enough and I don't hunger for material possessions)

The deep state tried to put her husband in jail, spied on them during his first term, had the FBI break into her house in Florida, (with Lethal Force authorization) go through her son's room, go through her room and underwear drawer, and you wonder why she doesn't want to stay at the white house?

This is the problem with TDS no critical thinking whatsoever....

Hey Finkle...the feds had A WARRANT to search Mar-a-Lago.

    Duh.

The only "lawfare" is in your mind: all his legal woes were prosecuted by the book.

She hates Trump...we have that in common.

TDS is believing Melania is missing from WH because of the "deep state".

You barely know the rules. Weirdly enough last time I ran into Doug some time ago - he came up happy to see me shaking my hand. I am not saying we are great friends or anything but the guy respects my troll game. 100%

Anyway you're not worth arguing anything over. Sorry Charlie. Only thing worth arguing about is whether you have enough of a clue to argue over. Lolz

Translation: I know nothing, but everything I said was more or less correct despite my knowing nothing. Otherwise, if I had been wrong about something, account would have actually explained how I was wrong.

Polk's chart says it all pretty clearly. Once this kicks in, anyone playing tournament poker can tell themselves all the grandiose narcissistic stories they want. The bottom line is that this legislation has magically transformed large numbers of good poker players from (and God, I hate these braindead labels) "sharps" to "squares."

The question is whether they will acknowledge that they are now "squares" playing a purely donation game with a clearly negative "EV," or if they will find a way to talk themselves into the fantasy that their poker skills still provide some kind of tournament edge, while top professionals will argue that such an edge has clearly evaporated.

Let the addicts' cognitive dissonance begin! Sit back and grab the proverbial popcorn. More than 99% of tournament poker players are now inarguably saps unless they are being sponsored. How will accepting this fact of life affect the "poker community?" Will tournament poker actually suffer, or will all those folks who want to pretend they are winning poker players work harder to delude themselves? How can tournament poker players argue that what they are doing is "+EV?" They cannot. It's going to be comical, because the people who are going to argue most that tournament poker is now simply a donation mill are going to be the very best players.

To put it bluntly, if you are going to argue that tournament poker players have an edge because they are ahead, you may as well argue that winning lottery players have an edge because they are ahead.

One of the most satisfying aspects of having a new Trump Administration is knowing and watching TDS-affected fools continuing to look stupid, angry, dazed & confused throughout.

    It is pure gold.
