It so happens immediately north of where the Revel was under construction, was an empty dirt lot. Some of the construction guys would park in that dirt lot near the Revel construction site. But only a handful of cars as construction had just about stopped during that time. And in that same lot, but on the north side of the dirt lot, is where some surfers used to park as that was a popular surfing location. And there were a group of benches there looking out at the ocean that you could watch the surfers or anything else going on in the ocean. And THAT is why I used to walk up there for a few minutes often.
