The guy's face in that picture is creepy as fuck in some way I can't quite put my finger on.

In the original version of the NYP story there was a picture of a person of interest (seemingly a still from a post office camera), so apparently the police are involved.
I'm guessing this guy didn't expect the police to investigate but not that they have he must have made a false statement to them.
Heres a picture of the “person of interest”
I think I saw this guy camping a Buffalo Ascension machine the other day.

I wonder if anyone has looked into his CV claims...
Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanently banned.

Smart is knowing a Tomato is a fruit.
Wise is knowing a Tomato doesn't belong in a fruit salad.
I am glad to get my full posting rights back!Thank you Dan!
Why not just wear a fucking paper mask like those 1 in 100 weirdos you see these days. He is fairly distinctive.
Do you know his entry point on the ascensions by any chance?
Seriously though - this guy will be ided if he lives and gets out and socializes.
Yea, you read that article the dude is all about dropping lines to pump himself up. It is really kinda crazy and quite abnormal IMO. Actually WTF is that write-up. Did he straight up pay someone to write it for $500? So weird.
I thought for the creepy feeling you mentioned you were talking about the Clark Kent CEO guy.
He is the one that looks like a narcissist & has bodies buried in his back yard.
But the person of interest looks creepy too. Similar to a lot of those creepy campers in casinos.
If it’s the same guy I think his entry point was 3136 with two columns at the top or 3360 w less two columns at the top.
I'm still struck by how legible that note is. Perfect vertical spacing too.
I don't think I'm capable of making a note that clear.
Quite impressive for someone writing in the throes of Ludditism.
Just like Luigi. He had 0 shot with the same
Mask and the eyebrows. Was drawing dead to being caught.
This LVRJ article is interesting.
It's definitely an paid advertorial. Also, this wasn't a real "interview". The answers Owens gave were not at all natural, using language too formal and detailed for even Rain Man. Clearly the author of this article was paid to send him questions via e-mail, and then he typed up carefully crafted answers full of new-businessy-sounding buzzwords.
Here's a good example:
Nobody speaks this way.
Also, in 2024, they released a self-authored PR puff piece claiming to have "2.0 billion in assets", which I highly doubt: https://www.accessnewswire.com/newsr...ssets-o-855553
Mind you, for under $1000, you can get this shit pushed into various news outlets around the country.
I tried to google Agrippa, and other than the recent pig head stuff and their own self-puffery, I don't see any discussion of them. That's strange for a company which claims to have been part of over a trillion dollars of real estate deals (lol), and where brokers would feel so threatened that they'd resort to this silly pig threat.
This whole thing really looks like bullshit, and I'm not just talking about the threat. The entire company looks like its influence, wealth, proliferation, and abilities are being wildly exaggerated by a 29-year-old huckster.
I took special interest in this story because I know a lot about the real estate industry. I personally know real estate brokers. None of them would be intimidated by this clown or his company.
I really hope the police find this weird Asian dude and get him to admit that he was paid a few hundred bucks by Owens to send this shit.

The guy also seems to be a narcissist, from everything I read in that "interview".
This tracks with someone who would want to pull a hoax like this, even at the risk of possibly being discovered and publicly humiliated over it. Narcissists are often strongly driven to get people to talk about them. They are never satisfied with quietly living in the background.
Narcissists are not good at writing insulting letters to themselves. That's because they have a hard time seeing their own flaws, and even when they do, it is very difficult to bring themselves to publish anything about themselves which casts them in a bad light. When someone is suspected of having sent a threatening or critical letter/email to themselves, if the "criticism" and "insults" are very light and gentle, the chance of the whole thing being a hoax is very high.
And then there's the fact that it seems nobody was paying attention at all to Agrippa until this incident, yet now they're in the national news.
When I asked Grok whether Agrippa is an influential real estate brokerage, it went on for a few paragraphs about Agrippa, but then noted this at the end:
"Much of the coverage stems from recent events" sums it up.
I can't wait to be proven right about this. Jussie Part Deux, except this time it's a weird white business dude instead of a bitter black actor.

Good work Druff.
I had skimmed all the parts relating to business and assumed it was all a "legit" startup, in the sense that it wasn't claiming to have any revenues yet.
But yeah this talk of billions in assets, trillions in deals... where are the employees? Where are the offices? Who are the customers?
Speaking of offices one of his pictures was captioned as having been taken at a WeWork office. Do people managing billions in assets use WeWork at all, let alone in Las Vegas?
