I went through this exact decision back on 2019/2020. It was the first year after my partner had passed, so most of my VP play (I played less than when he was alive) was on one single card rather than spread out among 3 or 4. So towards the end of the year I was president, which I had always been on all cards, but was fairly close to Charman.

So there was a perk I was interested in. At that time, the time of buffets, President received half price buffets for 2 people. BUT chairman received FREE buffet for 2 people as often as you wanted. Plus the chairman line was a little shorter than president. So I went for Chairman, thinking if I ate for free just twice a week, it would pay for itself. Well March Covid hit and casinos shut down and when they re-opened of course no buffets. I totally got screwed on that one.

I pulled a Dan Druff and complained multiple times, at least once in writing, but much like The Rolling Stones, I got no satisfaction.
